Big propaganda from both sides!!! The railroad inside the North is such a poor condition that a train can hardly reach a speed of 30 miles per hour. In other words, the North want to rebuild its railroad with a money from the SOUTH. Got it? This kind of stuffs have been going on in S Korea since the previous prez Kim Dae Jung, who really is a communist.

I don't know how I can compare the two.. But, what I meant was.. Is it possible in the US for a president to tunnel a cool HALF BILLION DOLLARS to your enemy(the North) secretly?(That's how he won a Nobel Peace Prize because then no one knew about it) And, would Mr. Bush go to Mexico City to see a soccer match when in DC a memorial is being held for six soldiers killed by the enemy?
