We really appreciate the comments that you all have made about William Fain Production and our production attempts. I can tell you that movie making is a thankless, hard and a lot of the time unpaid profession. Tremendous amounts of people want to get into the profession and there are a lot of unscrupulous people in the profession, as in all other professions. We at William Fain Productions however are attempting to make positive things happen not only for Knoxville and for the people of Knoxville but to the State of Tennessee as well. We want to promote production in this state and raise the level of productions coming out of this state. It is true that we now produce low budget films. We are a brand new company and getting people to invest into an expanding company is extremely difficult. It is true that we are allowing complete unknowns that opportunity to display there abilities to the world in hopes of finding there dreams. Because of this and the level of budgets we operate under some of these people will be paid very little and extras will sometimes only be compensated by the fact that they helped out their city and their state and have the personal fulfillment of working in a movie for a day or two (every bodies dream come true). As you see I have no problem attaching my name to my comments. If we are a joke we invite any of you who might want to share in the joke and make something happen in East Tennessee, like never before. We thank all of you in Knoxville for the great casting call last week and we will have another in the next few weeks.

This guy is now in Jackson, TN trying to make films. Who remembers him from this project in Knoxville? He has made his way across the state with these failed film projects. And he appears to be a slick salesman. What's he like? Is he going to con people out of money? Us over here in West Tennessee would really appreciate a heads up if you got info! Thanks!

Looks like noboby remembers the famous William Wilky Fain in Knoxville. Maybe that's because people couldn't wait to forget him.

David: are you still in East Tennessee? I have a project set in Erwin at the turn of the century and I'd like to talk to you about it. [email protected]

Who would be dumb enough to believe that a quality film production company could exist in east TN?
