FORGIVE ME TENNESSEANS,
IF YOU THINK IM CALLING YOU LOSERS,
BUT I WANT EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU
TO KNOW WHAT IVE RESEARCHED AND FOUND OUT.
***
ALTHOUGH THE STATE OF KENTUCKY ISNT THAT MUCH BETTER,
THE TENNESSEE STATE LOTTERY ACTUALLY SUCKS.
YOU CAN TAKE "THIS" TO THE BANK.
***
IM ORIGINALLY FROM THE STATE OF KENTUCKY.
ONE OF THOSE CITIES RIGHT ON THE BORDER WITH TENNESSEE.
I LIVE IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE NOW.
***
FOR ALMOST FIVE YEARS NOW,
I HAVE DUMPED ROUGHLY $100.00 A WEEK INTO THE LOTTERY.
I HAVE WON SOME AND HAVE LOST SOME.
BUT SINCE IVE MOVED TO TENNESSEE,
IVE NOTICED SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT.
***
I ABSOLUTELY GET MORE FOR MY BUCK IN KENTUCKY
AT PLAYING THE LOTTERY
THAN IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE.
BY A "LONG SHOT", MAY I ADD.
***
ROUGHLY SIX MONTHS AGO,
I WANTED TO PUT THE LOTTERIES
IN KENTUCKY AND TENNESSEE TO A TEST.
***
I STILL DUMPED $100.00 A WEEK INTO THE LOTTERY.
BUT OUT OF THIS,
I STARTED DUMPING $20.00 INTO MULTIPLE SCRATCH-OFF GAMES
IN KENTUCKY.
AND I WOULD DUMP $80.00 INTO MULTIPLE SCRATCH-OFF GAMES
IN TENNESSEE.
THIS ROUTINE I STAYED WITH DURING THIS SIX MONTHS,
NEVER FLINCHING THE SLIGHTEST
IN WEEKLY AMOUNTS NOR THE FREQUENCY TO EACH STATE.
***
I HAVE TRULY FOUND THAT IM STILL WINNING ALOT MORE MONEY
IN THE STATE OF KENTUCKY. ALOT MORE MONEY
WITH THE WEEKLY AMOUNT OF $20.00 I PUT IN, IN KENTUCKY.
THE PAY OFF IS STILL MONUMENTAL THAN
WHAT I WIN IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE.
***
LETS PUT THIS ANOTHER WAY.
***
WHENEVER I GO BACK TO MY HOMETOWN IN KENTUCKY,
I WOULD GET $20.00 IN ASSORTED SCRATCH-OFF TICKETS THERE.
FROM THIS, I WOULD DEFINITELY GET MY $20.00 BACK AND THEN SOME
FROM THE $20.00 THAT I ORIGINALLY INVESTED.
WHEN IM BACK HOME IN MORRISTOWN,
I WOULD GET GET $80.00 IN ASSORTED SCRATCH-OFF TICKETS HERE.
AT THE MOST, I WOULD GET BACK PERHAPS $5.00 OR $10.00 BACK
FOR THAT $80.00 INVESTMENT.
***
NOW GET THIS.
IN THE STATE OF KENTUCKY,
I NEVER (EVER) GO WITHOUT WINNING ALL MY MONEY BACK
ON THESE SCRATCH-OFFS.
IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE,
THERES A VERY ALARMING ACTUALITY,
WHEN I GET THIS $80.00 IN ASSORTED SCRATCH-OFF TICKETS,
IN THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, MOST OF THESE TIMES
I WALKED AWAY NOT GETTING A SINGLE DIME FOR THAT
$80.00 INVESTMENT.
NOT A SINGLE TICKET IN MOST CASES,
WOULD WIN ANYTHING.
***
WHICH TELLS ME ONE IMPORTANT THING.
***
THE STATE OF TENNESSEE HAS GOTTEN ALOT MORE LOSING TICKETS
OUT THERE, THAN THE STATE OF KENTUCKY. ALOT MORE.
***
TENNESSEE WANTS TO KEEP AS MUCH OF YOUR MONEY
THEY POSSIBLY CAN.
SO LONG AS YOU WIN $2.00 HERE AND $2.00 THERE,
TENNESSEE BELIEVES AS LONG AS YOU WIN SOMETHING,
NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE AMOUNT IS,
YOU WILL SEE YOUR LUCK, AND WILL THINK SOMEDAY,
YOUR LUCK WILL GO THROUGH THE ROOF.
THIS MAY HAPPEN WITH SOMEONE WINNING A GRAND PRIZE,
BUT BELIEVE ME,
THE STATE OF TENNESSEE KNOWS THE ODDS ARE AGAINST YOU
ON THE SCRATCH-OFF TICKETS IN THIS STATE.
MORE TO KEEP FOR THEIR SALARIES I SUPPOSE.
WITH VERY LITTLE TO KEEP FOR SCHOLARSHIPS.
***
NEEDLESS TO SAY, I NO LONGER DUMP ANY MONEY
INTO THE TENNESSEE LOTTERY.
I SAVE ALL MY MONEY WHEN I GO BACK TO MY HOMETOWN
IN KENTUCKY.
I BUY ALL MY TICKETS THERE.
ITS SAFER AND MORE SENSIBLE.
***
FROM MORRISTOWN, THE ROUTE I GO TO KENTUCKY,
ITS A MATTER OF ONLY 45 MILES TO THE BORDER.
IF YOU SHOULD EVER HAVE A NEED TO GO CLOSE TO THE KENTUCKY BORDER,
GO ACROSS AND BUY YOUR LOTTERY TICKETS THERE.
SPEND YOUR MONEY IN TENNESSEE
AND YOU'RE JUST BLOWING YOUR MONEY.
***
KENTUCKY DOESNT MIND GIVING UP SOME OF THEIR MONEY
ON THEIR SCRATCH-OFFS.
THE MORE YOU WIN, THE MORE YOU WILL SPEND.
THATS THEIR MOTTO.
***
PLEASE, STOP BEING A LOSER IN THE TENNESSEE LOTTERY.

Actually, a lot of the money from the lottery goes to scholaships. It has paid out about 8 thousand dollars toward my college. Moreover, a high school teacher of mine won 18,000 dollars recently from a TN scratch-off ticket. I guess your luck is better spent in KY.

NAY, I THOUGHT THERE WAS GOING TO BE SOME NAYSAYERS WHO WILL GET ON HERE AND SUPPORT THE LOTTERY IN TENNESSEE.
THERE ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS, ALTHOUGH TWO SUCCESSES
IN ONE POST IS HARD TO BELIEVE.
SCHOLARSHIPS, I DIDNT SAY THERE WERE NONE.
WINNERS, I DIDNT SAY THERE WERE NONE.
WHAT I DID SAY THOUGH OR
WHAT I WAS TRYING TO RELAY,
IS THAT OVERALL, YOU WILL HAVE
OVER TEN TIMES MORE LUCK WITH
THE KENTUCKY LOTTERY THAN THE TENNESSEE LOTTERY.
BUT PEOPLE ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE IT,
UNLESS THEY GO TO KENTUCKY ON OCCASION
AND TRY IT OUT.
I CAN SAY WITHOUT A DOUBT TO MY OWN SATISFACTION,
THE STATE OF TENNESSEE
PURPOSELY PAYS OUT ALOT LESS MONEY
THAN THE STATE OF KENTUCKY.
TENNESSEE KNOWS THEY HAVE THOSE WAY INSIDE
THE BORDERS, THAN THOSE LIVING CLOSE TO
ANOTHER BORDER.
I CAN GET BEHIND SOMEONE BUYING $20.00 IN
SCRATCH-OFFS AND TAKE A ALMOST A SURE BET
ON THE POSSIBILITY
THAT THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME
WILL GET NO HITS AT ALL.
A HUNDRED TO ONE ODDS.
TO RELAY,
Our family is originally from Bell Co. We DO play both lotteries and at very least when I play in TN I get enough to get another ticket most times. Neither state really stands out as any better to me in lottery scratch-offs anyways. You can't play and get angry because you don't win. These games were made so someone somewhere could make a profit. Too many people forget that.

Nah, Im too am from Bell County.
Perhaps you are one of the exceptions.
I know that im not alone on this KY - TN realization. Ive been told this by alot of my friends and i have also read this on several
forums.
I am really happy for you, if you are getting
better results than i on this KY - TN war, if
you can call it that. I really am.
Whether people believe me or not, they will
have to try buying the tickets on both sides
of the border.
Im not trying to get another Hatfield and McCoy
battle going over this. Im just trying to save
people some money, at least in my view.
Overall, i seriously believe that the state of
Kentucky releases alot more money on these
scratch-offs than the state of Tennessee.
I know it and im sure the state of Tennessee
knows it.

I'm sorry but the lottery is a suckers game if you are a serious gambler. The odds of winning are shown on the back of the tickets and it's not good in any state.

If you play small amounts just for fun that's one thing but it's not a way to make money.

$100 a week for 5 years is about $25K and the odds of winning would have been better in the stock market or a casino.

Gambling regularly, and doing an analysis(lolololol),is stupid.
You have determined that you lose less money in Kentucky, than in Tennessee.
KEY WORD LOSE!
Lousing to both money pit lottos,is double losing.
Know thyself!
Losing, and writing about it,,,well is just sad.

You can tell me that im wasting my money.
But if i have it to waste, thats my business.
Evidently you did not read what i had to say.
Or you read what i had to say, but you did not understand what you read.
Not once, did i say i was losing money in Kentucky.
But yet, you said i said this.
If you cannot get things right what you read,
Dont read anymore.

Yes, Tennessee lottery is a scam. This is the most crooked state in the union, why would their lottery be different. Our lottery CEO (Rebecca Gram Paul) was fired from Georgia for stealing lottery funds. She was making about $250,000 in Georgia, got fired, Tennessee went and found her and pay her $800,000. Sounds to me that you decided to pay her what she was stealing in Georgia in exchange for showing them how. And to hell with those lies about the scholarships. Didn't they say they have raised about $3 billion for that. That's enough to have sent EVERY Tennessean to school for four years and have change left over.......where's the money, and not just the change. None is used for lowered taxes, public school, roads, or any place we can see it spent. Isn't that funny?
