Alarming Abuse of TN's Order of Protection Statute To Flog an Innocent Man

Thank goodness I no longer live in Tennessee. I just saw a court order signed by a judge where he dismissed a petition for an order of protection filed by a mentally deranged female against a man living in Knoxville. HE WAS FOUND INNOCENT! She made absolutely no sense in her babbling allegations which on their face did not make out a case for an Order of Protection in Tennessee.

The judge who signed his signature on the order of dismissal dismissing the petition with a serial number must have not wanted anyone to know who he was because his signature was illegible. He was appointed some kind of a special referee, and after reading the file and listening to the woman who needed her heart balmed for being rejected, the judge dismissed the petition because he said the woman who filed the petition, a Colleen Nestler* type, had not proven her case.

Now here's the bloody outrage perpetrated against the innocent defendant who works himself down to the bone trying to make a living and has avoided the mad woman now for years because she stalks him. After dismissing the complaint and telling the crazy woman she had not proven her case -- and let me tell you she not only failed to prove her case, but she also perjured herself by lying on her written affidavit and in her testimony repeatedly by claiming he had sent her emails when he has never ever sent her an email -- the judge fined the innocent man with over $250 in court costs!

THE MAN WAS FOUND INNOCENT BUT HE HAS TO BE PUNISHED LIKE A SACRIFICIAL LAMB! HE IS REQUIRED TO PAY THE FILTHY LYING BITHC'S COURT COSTS!

HOW CAN THIS BE?

IS TENNESSEE GONE INSANE?
