The new WBIR

I have been to the new wbir site, and personally I think it is awfull. You cant find what your are looking for or the people you are use to talking with. It took me almost 30 min just to register to post a comment then the didnt like one of the words that I used ( S U C K S) so it told me to edit the word so I did, and tryed to repost, but you cant repost for another 5 min or so. It says no multiple post. I think that is the dumbest think I have ever heard, what if you want to reply to more than one comment,(you are screwed) So Im just letting everyone know that they can still post comments on topix concerning news that is on wbir. When you find something interesting just come over to topix and start a post. I will try to do it a couple of times a day and copy the story on topix if anyone would like. Just let me know . And Thank you for taking the time to read this!

I can't get past the loggin. I tried to set up new membership and can't get the email for the "final step". It also said my screen name was taken. I wonder if they also stole my horse I have not seen him today either.

Dont feel bad it took me over 20 min to do mine, then my name had been taken too. I just dont like it at all. Then it deleted my post.

At least you got past the loggin. I think they may have a bug. The FAQ is not responding either. Could be that they just don't love me anymore.

I quit going to WATE because they updated it, now this. It's like a satelite remote, can't find a darn thing. I just luckily found this in my history. It would be easier for WBIR to fix the economy than fix this website. I like Bubba's post, if it ain't broke, why fix it?

So WBIR is no longer threading its comments to Topix? I suppose that means this forum won't have any new threads except for those begun by users. When this forum peters out, come on over to the Knoxville, TN page:

Right now the Forum has two editors who post regularly. I post mostly from knoxnews and 2Spunky posts from there and the TV stations, too. There's room for more, though, and maybe someone would like to take on the task of posting the best that WBIR has to offer.

I was harsh with my comments yesterday on the new forum... told them they sux. They deleted my comments. Funny thing is, I can/could get use to it and still be just as active in my comments as I was w/Topix.

I'll always be a Topix FAN! WBIR is lossing me hand over fist. I understand they don't need me, and their will always be someone to take the my place. They just don't seem to want to work w/their audience.
