It is very true, he is nothing but a drug pusher himself and he writes prescriptions for people that he knows is selling them.

Oh really? Well I guess thats why he does a multi county background check on you and if you have any convictions for drugs even pot, or recent DUI'S he won't accept you a patient. There are many more obstacles to Frank McNeils course, such as, he won't accept tenn care patients because most people on tenn care sell their drugs, I guess O Frank figures if a person is fortunate enough to be a US citizen, they shouldn't be on welfare. Yeah, I said it. Frank demands clean drug screens, and they r observed, and he calls his patients in for med counts at least twiced in a 6 month period. He won't accept you as a patient unless you have a recent MRI, and if you don't have one, he will order one, but you have to have it before he will see you. If nothing shows up on the MRI he won't see you, period.
Frank McNeil has been around or a very long time. He has been put down, but he didn't stay down long. So, if he was a drug pusher like you dummies say he is, he would be over in federal court with the others, Maryville Pain Clinic's owner, Tammy ?, was offered 10 yrs for 50 some odd felonys, she thinks that she can beat it with over 70 people including the doctor testifying against her. She will be spending the rest of her life in federal prison, 10 yrs was a gift. You can't beat the feds. That black woman from Africa that was her nurse practioner and started her own practice, and was taking patients money and having them escorted out of the office, and then filed suit against Walgreens and CVS cuz they wouldn't fill her scripts, i think she's already in prison, where she belongs. O and the people from Breakthrough Pain, they r all knocking on prison doors. So you see, you don't know what your talking about. Frank McNeil treats pain, he is not a regular health care provider. So,what do you think pain doctors prescribe? Narcotics, all day long. But, if you screw up only once, he will discharge your ass and not give it a second thought. Its his livelyhood, why would he let some needle junkie put him out of business or federal prison?

That's all bullshit. They're like all the other prescription drug thieves. Give 'em enough money and walk with Oxy.

Frank McNiel is a very caring, compassionate person. He KNOWS that chronic pain exists and has spent his life treating people with kindness. You think he has money?? NO, he doesn't, because he GIVES so much. I don't care for Bearden, but what it has become is not something that McNiel made it into. There are a couple crooks that work there but Frank is not one of them. THEY are the ones that have made Bearden into the hellhole it is. Dr. Frank is one of the kindest people I have ever met. And before some idiots say something stupid: NO, I am NOT and never have been a patient of his. I had the pleasure of working with him for a short time and would work with him again if I had the opportunity. Not at Bearden, ever, because of the real crooks that are there, but if the opportunity ever came up to work with him somewhere else, you can bet your ass I would work with him.

This is as far as I have heard the most real assessment of what happened and is going on right now. I heard that the practitioner that they brought right in after that, discharged 700 patients in 90 days, and is who they credit with providing all of the evidence that started the investigation. Then I heard he suddenly got diagnosed with cancer and died.

What if you have a drug conviction that was expunged due to judicial diversion? I wonder if you can get in with something like that.

Are any of these people opposing Dr. McNeil actually have chronic pain, experienced discrimination and shame for having it, have been trying to do something with their lives without pain meds because nobody will give it to you unless you find one kind soul that understands that finishing PhD, working and having a family is not the same as having chronic pain doing nothing was their lives because it's almost impossible. I call chronic pain patients a silent community that
needs to be heard and I will make sure that you
will be one day. I don't have a role model and I
don't need to take painkillers every day but when I do it's almost impossible to get it. Ifinally found
doctors or practiniorer nurses in California but now
I'm here my first week and everything I read is just so depressing. I feel like if I'm in a serious
situation I'm going to need to fly to California to get medication. And I am scared scared to be
humiliated again scared to be not trusted but that's what it takes right now. Peope who are slandering doctors are part of the problem because doctors are scared to give medication because they are getting sued, and you all know if somebody wants to get high they will find a way to do it, they don't need to go see a doctor.
