Paid administrative leave, sounds like a vacation.
Brian won't serve any time. He's a cop.

I would lose my gun carry permit if it was me.

wonder if while on "paid" vacation he had to turn in his badge and gun? Why is the whole story hush hush except for the fact he was arrested?

Thank heaven you slightly informed, quick to judge, having no facts of the case, limited understanding of the laws and the policies and procedure of the Knoxville Police Dept. or the circumstances are not on a jury or his jury. Thanks for stereotyping all officer who willfully risk their lives and reputation everyday.

Probably a safe bet he did. Why does everyone on this forum have nothing but bad things to say every time there is a story about any public safety personnel. R/M wrecks people start talking about "idiot" ambulance and fire drivers. And then a cop gets arrested and people start calling all cops corrupt and saying he will get off easy because of his position. Hmm maybe a safe generalization is that everybody on here needs to get a life. Here's an idea, show some respect. You all will be singing a very different tune if you stroke out on your couch, or have somebody rob you at gunpoint.

The truth speaks the truth. Don't rush to judgment, the facts will come out eventually in court. Until then give a guy a little bit of respect. He has a right to that just like anyone else would.

Well sounds like this cops power trip finally went all the way to his head. No worries though they will give him his a vacation then maybe some counselling, then put him back out there to protect us and serve us.( beat us and cheat us)
Or just maybe next time he just decides to kill someone.

I believe all crooked cops should eat poo, too!!....but do you know the story of this man? Do you know what this man did, or only what he was accused of? Careful of who we call crooked. Everyone deserves to be innocent until PROVEN GUILTY. This is America, my love, where we slap murderers and rapists on the wrist and lock jaywalkers and pot slingers up for life. Get real, hunny bunny, ntil you know the facts (which are not listed)let's not cast judgment on our own (meaning those of us from k-towm). Crooked cops? How do you fell about the president?:)

"Judge not, that you will be judged. For with what judgement you judge, and with the same measure you use, it will be measured back to u.....HYPOCRITE!!! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother's eye!!" Oldschool.

You kno what? I bet if this cop was outside your door while you were being raped or robbed you'd be singing a whole different tune. THANK GOD FOR YOU MR. POLICEMAN!!! THANK U FOR SAVING MY CHILDREN!!! Make sure you know, at least the facts, before you damn someone that IS protecting and serving.
