<quoted text> Hey Dr Phil, when I want a diagnosis from you I will get tickets to the show. The only thing I have learned from your posts is that you are a pompous ass and this post serves to reinforce that fact.
I kinda have my doubts that WILLARD is educated beyond High School-level, as far as a formal education goes, and there's nothing wrong with that. What's wrong is that he feels the Need to try and make People think otherwise.
You know, if I had to choose between being trained to do the jobs that I was hired to do and having a College education, I'd take the training for the job I was hired to do, everytime. Given time, there's not much that you learn in college that you actually can't learn on your own, but targeted Training and Life Skills are worth their weight in Gold, yet so many College Graduates never learn them, until it's practically too late, if ever!

Obama bailed out Gm to assure his votes from union members. Now unions are helpig shut down an AMERICAN company. Unions closed plants everywhere demanding of the ones writing the checks.
You can't blame the compnay. When a compnany has had enough, they do shut doors. They are there by choice not by force.Just having work should be appreciated.Enough is enough.Forget the math. They can spend their monney any way they choose. It's so hard to raise a ship when it goes down.
123, I have already proved "flbrat" wrong about the Hostess Unions, and here you are agreeing with him.

If you've got a "higher education", you should demand your tuition money back , because you can't even make a coherent Post! IOW, they cheated you...you didn't get what you paid for! Since you should have learned how to write a coherent Post in High School and obviously you didn't, I don't know what College or University would have accepted you, anyway. Did you attend Leroy Jones College of "reedin','riten", and 'rithmatik"?
You have hurt my feelings! It's Bob Jones College, not Leroy Jones College.

"123" isn't exactly overly intelligent.....judged by reading some of the posts he/she leaves. Many seem to be loosely worded on the verge of confusion. Seems to also be very obsessed with Sassy to the point of hysteria on occasion.

If that became nationwide law it would really clean out this type forum. The hate filled posters here would have a hard time hiding their true ID.

No you didn't. I read your answer. I choose to believe CNN Money over some poster on Topix. If you want to puff your chest out and feel all powerful you can knock yourself out. You did not prove anyone wrong however.

This perception of employee/employer relations is not only dishonest, but jaded beyond reason! This kind of synicism is not representative of industrial or vocational norms but serves to distort hope, trust and decency in the american workplace. However, it well serves the pernicious intent of the "socialist revolution" taking place in our country and promotes discontent and class warfare articulated not only in Marx's communist manifesto, but in every quarter of this destructive international movement.
This propaganda serves to mislead, indoctrinate, enlist and exploit every person stupid enough to find a place in the movement.
I have found employment in almost every aspect of construction labor, retail work, food service, store management and more leading to my eventual educational opportunities which "I" created and completed on my own, without grants, government, scholarships or rich benefactors. I served in the employ of several companies and eventually relized professional career success. When I speak always acheiving success, I'm speaking of work relationship success as it pertains to bringing dedication, sobriety, honesty and placing employer "headship" in the proper place of "respect"! I'm not "rich," but struggle with the monthly nut along with everyone else. But, I'm thankful for every person who ever brought me into their employ, asking for my very best! I regret none of it!
These are some fellow citizens you help to incarcerate in bitter covetousness. Your brand of repetitive lunacy leads weak people into an unreasonable and demented understanding of deservedness, ownership, belonging, personal responsibily and the rest. These pathetic individuals would necessarily be as stupid as they appear to be in order to support anything you advocate!
I ask all to review the videos which are entirely self-evident!
http://bit.ly/ssWaPx
http://bit.ly/TGorLU - listen to conversations and read all signs in this video. The signs of advocacy used in this video clearly state the intent of destroying capitalism..our country!
I have always been loyal to the one signing my check.I've never job hopped ,never had several jobs, did my job.Never felt they owed me anything.
I was looking for a job when I went with that company.Every day you have to give a cup running over. I worked hard to get my job done.I hate to see all these people out of work in the beginning of winter. They will never get it back as it was.
