You know, if I had to choose between being trained to do the jobs that I was hired to do and having a College education, I'd take the training for the job I was hired to do, everytime. Given time, there's not much that you learn in college that you actually can't learn on your own, but targeted Training and Life Skills are worth their weight in Gold, yet so many College Graduates never learn them, until it's practically too late, if ever!
