Do you call saving the American auto industry "no positive record" ?
Do you call ending the war in Iraq "no positive record" ?
Do you call creating national healthcare after presidents from Teddy Roosevelt to Harry Truman and Richard Nixon to Bill Clinton tried and failed, "no positive record" ?
The passage of Dodd/Frank, the end of Don't ask don't tell, the stabilization of the economy beginning with the banks......you might not like what Obama has done but to say he has no positive record indicates a failure to pay attention, not a failure of a record.

The 'American auto industry' "saved" is referring to bypassing federal bankruptcy laws and pumping billions of tax-payer dollars into the failed business models at GM and Chrysler. Even after all that money spent, GM is headed there again: http://www.forbes.com/sites/louiswoodhill/201...

Ford didn't take any 'bailout', therefore - I guess they are not part of the 'American Auto Industry'....

The war in Iraq has ended? Perhaps you mean our involvement.

http://www.nytimes.com/2012/09/10/world/middl...

National Healthcare is the prime goal of Socialists worldwide - it is not a good thing and is not 'positive'.

Dodd/Frank is the worst piece of legislation for our economy since LBL...to believe otherwise means to believe that bureaucrats with near-unlimited discretion make the best stewards of our economy. These bureaucrats believe that if they promulgate enough rules, they can somehow fix our complicated financial system. Of course if one is a Socialist - then having a centralized government bureaucrat decide what is best for you, so you don't have to worry about it, is great!

Don't Ask Don't Tell worked fine.

Obama Has NO positive record. This is why he isn't touting it on the campaign trail - preferring to attack Romney each chance he gets....his buffoon VP too.

Oh WOW! Let the party begin! We’re saved!
Yep!!!!

A HUGE RECOVERY!

U.S. jobless claims climb 46,000 to 388,000

Applications for U.S. unemployment benefits jumped 46,000 to a seasonally adjusted 388,000 in the week of Oct. 7-13, the Labor Department said Thursday, erasing the sharp drop from the prior week. Claims had fallen two weeks ago to a four-year low, but the decline mainly stemmed from a statistical quirk in the data that often happens at the end of a quarter and it was not reflective of a rapidly improving labor market. Initial claims from two weeks ago were revised up to 342,000 from an original reading of 339,000, based on more complete data collected at the state level.

You must have been asleep when Ford asked the administration to save G.M. and Crysler saying that they might not survive the collapse of the supply chain if two of the big 3 went under.
IF George W. Bush had kept his nose out of Iraq and focused on Afghanistan, there would have never been an Iraq war and we would have saved a lot of lives as well as a trillion dollare that was wasted there. Naturally you slept through that as well.
You might not like what Obama has done BUT to say he has no record of accomplishments to run on is a LIE.

BTW - I said 'positive' accomplishments...Obama's have all been negative. This will be remedied in less than 3 weeks.

An Love Story.

A couple was Christmas shopping at the mall on Christmas Eve and the mall was packed.

As the wife walked through the mall she was surprised to look up and see her husband was nowhere around. She was quite upset because they had a lot to do.

Because she was so worried, she called him on her cell phone to ask him where he was.

In a calm voice, the husband said, "Honey, you remember the jewelry store we went into about 5 years ago where you fell in love with that diamond necklace that we could not afford and I told you that I would get it for you one day?"

The wife choked up and started to cry and said, "Yes, I remember that jewelry store."

Get ready for this........

He said, "Well, I'm in the bar right next to it."

Any idiot should know that the 8 years of the Bush administration actually happened and the consequences of what he did will be with us for years if not generations. Just ask some of the families of those American kids that lost their lives over there. Then again I said "any" idiot didn't I and you aren't just any idiot are you ?
BTW Don't count your chickens.... OOOPS I forgot that would require taking off your socks !
