Cambodia's Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy had issued mineral resource exploratory licenses to 24 local and foreign companies in the past year.

This is a sign of disaster for Cambodia next generation. Someone will make all the money while the nation will get volcanic ash.

Does Cambodia still have a smart people doing this kind of projects or are they just lazy doing nothing, but collecting money for their own pockets. This is why the leaders need to be resigned. National resource should be handled only by Cambodia people and controlled by the state.
