ICC should not be used to settle political scores. No one has tried to say how people in these areas were ever willing to disobey orders and even killed law enforcers. The madness exhibited in these two so called epicentres against lawful authority was unimaginable. Infact, if anything, ICC didnt serve any justice by leaving out the fellows behind the real violence. How come no single leader in both Kibera and Kisumu was indicted when violence and murder were organized at these two places? Trying to relive onesided past cant serve this country well. We have to be totally sincere if we really want to find permanent solution to PEV. Who doesnt know influence and who knows who was fully involved in deciding who had the so called "highest repsonsibility" in these cases? Thats why we have people like Sang in all this! Who owns his working place? He or she didnt authorize Sang to play his "loved" music? Trying to unsettle opponents with issues that were clearly decided on by ICC only serves to show how malice is engrained in our blood. Cant someone be satisfied that he actually escaped indictment by turning victims to aggressors and be happy with that? This same same mischief being played on Kenyans, to achieve certain goals, wont work. Actually, it will be the deciding factor at election day. We WONT elect people whose systems seem to have nothing but hate combined with endless malicious mood.

My only fear is that once the results are announced there shall be major problems in Kenya,

If they are found guilty then their supporters shall go on a rampage here in kenya, if not then those who suffered will go on a rampage as they are seeking true justice. Either way things shall go bad.

This is supposed to be a lesson to our bad leaders that we shall not entertain their crap here. We're suffering while they are busy enjoying their lives. We still have IDPs and we're in 2012 right now.

There wont be any problem at all my friend. Problems eminate from one evil character who is not involved. He has primed his kinsmen to run wild once he is said to be in any awkward situation. He was the author of violence in 2007/8. However, he used his kinsmen in the Hague to escape justice. All Kenyans know that. He pretends to be a super leader. But watch this year, he will be consigned to dustbin forever. Needless to say, he is the man behind IDP's plight. He incited his friends to reject resettlement even where government had bought land them. His stooge in the lands ministry also withheld finances to sabotage the process. The same evil people intent to start selective resettlement as campaign tool. Nevertheless, Kenyans are not fooled every other day.
