TOKYO: Japan set for more energy-saving efforts
With the last of Japan's 50 nuclear reactors due to close for maintenance on May 5, and none of the idled reactors expected to restart any time soon, the country will have to resort to energy-saving measures again to avoid outages.

Japan need to join US.

Japan needs to restart it's Mark II reactors (like those at Fukushima DaiNi) and upgrade or scrap its Mark Is.
Or they can keep pouring money into Big Oil's coffers at a 1000 US$/second clip.
