Japan's Most Haunted Places

There are 26 comments on the www.weirdasianews.com story from Aug 19, 2009, titled Japan's Most Haunted Places. In it, www.weirdasianews.com reports that:

The Japanese believe that all humans have a spirit or soul called a reikon . Ghosts are yurei , meaning a faint spirit.a If a person dies in a sudden or violent manner, the reikon is thought to transform into a yurei, which can then bridge the gap back to the physical world.

Coincidentally, the Japanese believe in extramarital sex for men with women called a ho-kon. Sex with a ho-kon can lead to an infection called a urinari which can bridge the gap to the health care system.

Japanese people have a lot of fascinating myths. Zashiki-warashi, yokai, oni, tsukomogami...it's brilliant. Even their urban myths are better than ours!

Funny headline.

You have to accept the absurd and childish premise that a place can be "haunted" before you can choose which places are the "most" haunted.

I think it's pretty scary that they never know if Godzilla is in the mood to protect Tokyo or destroy it.

And what ever happened to GodZoki, the kid of Godzilla? hmmm.

Last I heard he's living off trust funds and residuals in the San Fernando Valley. Constantly in and out of rehab. You know, the standard former child star scene.

Actually, he had a genetic defect, and never grew. But he's doing pretty well for himself making commercials for Geico.

Sorry to hear that. Godzooki was kinda cute. I guess instead of blowing out rings of toxic smoke, he's been sucking the same in to his body since he hasn't had any decent roles.

If thats true he lost alot of way and learned how to say more than "ooooo'.

Plus he now has a U.K. accent. I don't think the two are the same.

I dont know why Asahikawa from the other threads hasnt come back with some J-nationalist abuse on this one!! Probably because there is no comeback.

Maybe hes too busy going on about Terrorist socialist Vietnam or some other incoherent babble rant.

It's the Koreans who eat puppies.

The Japanese only eat endangered species.

Almost no one in Japan eats whale. They just keep on hunting them as part of a nationalist knee-jerk agenda of not doing "everything" the United States tells them to.

I ve seen it on a menu once only, and it tastes like rubber...no one is interested.

Once again, the J-Govt is out of touch with what the people want. Of course, as they were only elected by a few country bumpkins in sparsely populated rotten boroughs.
