For economy development, Japan should adopt the dollar as currency, and to make english the second official language.

And if it is true that China has lent the USA a huge amount of money and there is a dispute about currency, then maybe the USA should scrap the dollar and replace it with China's currency, the Renminbi? And make all US judges and presidents swear allegiance to China's government?[LAUGHS sadly]
