Very common tactic of Japanese groups to make up stories and blame foreigners to manipulate Japanese into doing what they want.

Sad that too many Japanese are ignorant about this tactic and still fall for it.

In case people don't know, the Zaitokukai are very capable of carrying out another such massacre of Korean and Chinese today.

They are a Japanese hate group that have turned violent on many occasions and are extremely anti-foreigner.
