It's not a good sign of Japan taking military drill, apparently the conflict between China and Japan could not trigger regional fighting at a short term neither a long term, the only thing these 2 nations could do is taking military racing as well as other nation powers competing such as economy, technology. That racing may be private, but the result will be fatal. It's a time to evaulate the abilities of leaders of both nations.

Yeah I hope there is no conflict between China and Japan. But I think every nation should have an army to protect itself, especially if it's as wealthy as Japan.

Asean countrys want the money that Japan doesn't have, and the technologys. Japan is bankrupted. won't last long.

China should immediately declare the Diaoyu Islands a "No-Go" restrictive firing range; a site for the PLAN missile testing.
The Diaoyu is a Chinese territory, and they can use it to what ever pleasure at their diposal.

That's a long time ago to be honest. I think most of those that committed these 'sins' have already paid for their crimes or passed away.
I don't think Japan is required to give any country money, they've been pretty generous in aid to countries.
If one pays for the research then theirs no obligation to give the technology gained away, they may use it for commercial purposes or anything they like.
