Oct 24, 2010 Full story: The Herald 7

All die those who betray Giuliano ! I read the book decades ago, fell in love and bawled when he died at the end and all this time later you want to make me believe he was a bad guy ? That it was all a lie ? Maybe not even dead at all ? That he's here in America ? Nope. Not happening.

Two days after you made your post (October 28) they exhumed Giuliano. His friend the lawyer, Di Maria dies early this year and made some statements that it was not Giuliano in the tomb. While official DNA tests are still pending, the skeleton in the crypt was about 160 cm long, while Giuliano was supposed to be between 178-180 cm tall. Maybe the fix really was in and Giuliano lived on... .

Hi Evis. This here is crazy. He was shot in his sleep ? Then what carried and propped up in the middle of the plaza with a broom handle to be fake shot by cops and fall down dead and it may have been someone else on top of that? That's just plain ridiculous.

At the time of his death, he was a wanted man on both sides, the good and the bad so I just don't see him escaping Sicily.

Odd that a recent news article says the DNA results are "inconclusive." Odd because they have plenty of material to get a sample from, plenty of DNA to compare it to....

As if the Italian government would ever admit the truth?

How could DNA be inconclusive ? So now the mystery lives on I guess for those who believe the crazy story he's not in there. As for me, he's in there.

I hope he was able to escape to the United States. It's obvious he was not in there or the results would have confirmed it and rumors out to rest. I read elsewhere that a statement is to be released in 2016. viva Turridu!
