Gompertz does not suggest that Guede was a RECOGNIZED athlete, but he most certainly is very wiry and athletic. We know that he could climb that wall easily because we know that he had made similar climbs during earlier burglaries in which he was identified, and also because we have a set of photographs showing that even an attorney in an Armani suit can make the climb using the iron lattice bars on the lower window as a ladder.gompertz, you have shown yourself to be laughably ignorant of the facts.
1/ You say Rudy was a gifted athlete. in reality he is quite a small man and only played basketball with his mates down the local park. he represented no local, regional, national team in any sports either semi pro or pro capacity. bit of a stretch to call him a gifted athlete.
Using Google Earth, it is easy to "visit" the scene and establish that in the dark of night the window is quite difficult to see from the street.2/ the view of filomenas window is in clear view of the road this fact is undisputed and very well documented,
The defence lawyer in the Armani suit was clearly not more than about 5'-6" - if that. We have seen the photos. And he did climb far enough to establish that entry was entirely possible. Other evidence (position of broken glass on the sill) shows that entry was made by this route.3/ contrary to your knowledge the defence team and the prosecution, indeed all parties visited the cottage one day to specifically attempt to recreate a climb up to filomenas window. The attempts including those made by a very tall defence lawyer ended in abstract failure. i'm suprised you are so ignorant of the facts.
It was the 1st of the month, and ALL apartment dwellers tended to have rent money at hand - which owing to the Nov 1 holiday was due the NEXT day.4/ Amanda knox was the only person, apart from laura, filomena and meredith who knew there was the likelyhood of any monies in the cottage. it is well documented that there was a conversation between meredith and filomena and knox about paying the rent that particular month.
No Knox DNA was ever found or even claimed to have been found in the murder room, and reports of Knox DNA mixed with Meredith's blood in footprints elsewhere have been proved false (all prints were tested for blood and all were negative, as established by Stefanoni's own records.)5/ There was plenty of DNA present in the house to tie knox and sollecito to the murder
Actually, the police chemical detection efforts (luminol studies) showed conclusively that the cottage floor had not been "mopped with bleach" in perhaps MONTHS. And the presence of Rudy Guede's own clearly-attributable foot and shoe prints in Meredith's own blood clearly attest that the floor was not mopped at all after the murder. Fingerprint studies were entirely normal - except they were performed in very limited manner. The clothes in the washer/dryer were clean and DRY from an earlier cycle. Amanda's bloodless clothing from that night was in full view on her own bed. Meredith's "missing" clothing was found where POLICE had stuffed it in a hamper. There was no "clean up".6/ there was definite evidence of an attempt at a clean up.
you are clearly someone who has only recently found an interest in this case. your knowledge of the facts is poor. you really need to do some reading before you attempt to mock others. Please don't presume to tell me what i believe about the motive for the murder
