NATO had better stop bombing Libya around Ramadan. They will have the entire Arab and Muslim world up in arms against them.

US-NATO dirty tricks
This war is not about rebels fighting Gaddafi – the war was started by people from US-NATO gang who want to get rid of Gaddafi as a living proof of their military cooperation in the past. Before the war Gaddafi promised to reveal how the frog-eater won the presidential elections in France and how he got weapons in exchange for oil. Sarkozy shitted his pants and his US-NATO dickhead friends did the same so the war has begun... The rebels are just meat puppet – when the war will end no one will remember them and nobody will take care of them because US and NATO has vicious habits to betray their partners like they did it with Gaddafi. They even don’t want to capture him and state openly that they are going to kill him – the only way to deal with a man who knows too much...

It is really sad to listen to reactions from some of the writers on these blogs. The US has made a lot of mistakes, no argument there, and some of the mistakes are its humanitarian policies, the hundreds of billions of dollars it has pumped into Africa are wasted by people who do not apprecitate it only scream for more or accuse the US and Canada of mistreating them and not doing their part to help humanity, well I for one am sick of these people whining and crying and pouting, get off your asses and take care of your problems and your people stop waiting for someone else to fix your problems, get a job, get an education, stop fornicating with AIDS people, start learning what to do to fix your own problems. Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, now Syria are starting by kicking out these greedy bastards that take all the money and put nothing back, nor do they use some of the oil money to help countries get caught up, nope, always greed and of course covered by religion or gang mentality to only take care of their own.

I know there are a lot of good people in Africa but how do you get to those people to push them to get to the people that need help.

Now some of you believe the western media is corrupt and only portray a media that sells advertising and to a certain extent I agree but there are also good journalists trying to make a difference and help Africans by making the west see the Africa they do and organize help. The problem is we have the Hatfield and McKoy mentality and neither will help the other side or other war party and have a mentality that the best for them is to eliminate their enemy through war or genocide which they do not understand why the west is so upset with this philosophy as it is the African way and the west should no interfere. So maybe we should rethink this and not allow Africans out of the continent nor anyone else in, remove all diplomats, stop all aid, stop all buying from Africa, send all African immigrants home, send all their diplomats home and let them sort out all their problems even if it means destroying each other and the best survive, I mean the west will never be right, they are always the one taking the criticism and fault when anything goes wrong soooooo, why not?

Ramadan or not, these people obviously do not believe in it or they would have the brains to work it out. This is just another day, God or Allah is not showing up for a convention on this day, Ramadan should be everyday.

Very unlikely that Gadaffi regime forces will stop using the Grad rocket artillery on the opposition during Ramadan.
His heavy weapons are too important to shut down, without them they are in even worse shape.
Rebels not going to quit fighting either.

Ramadan could very well signal an end to the hostilities and the beginning of a diplomatic solution. It is likely that Libya may eventually be divided in half, in a similar situation to North and South Korea.

Well Ramadan is approaching and the talks are breaking down again as Ibrahim says Ghadaffi will fight to the death, but he did not say who's death. Ghadaffi probably does not even know where his army is at.

There is no way Ghadaffi believes in Ramadan, just look at how he treats his people. The Rebels, well they do have prayers on Friday and then back to fighting but the last interview they did said they would not stop for Ramadan as they would loose momentum.

Many of the fighters on both sides will be fasting and praying during Ramadan, which should effectively slow or even stop the fighting. This will be the best opportunity yet for a diplomatic solution to the conflict.

I doubt very much that the Rebels will be caught again with their guard down and will probably become the aggressor to preempt the pro-Ghadaffi strike, to believe otherwise is niave.

Without US and NATO forces on the ground, the rebels are just spinning their wheels. A diplomatic solution now would be the best way for them to resolve this conflict.
