I lost a sister to complications caused by MS . that was 6 yrs ago , she was only 33 yrs young,
diagnosed at age 19

Put pressure on you doctors to get an MRI to check your blod vessel to take this seriously and get you treated .

My wife has MS and we were excited with the W5 story as it offers the best solution with the least side effects for. We will be requesting the testing through our MS doctor.

My spouse was diagnosed with MS 2.5 years ago. When first seen by the neurologist, he told him that "It feels as though I have a block vein", because pressure was felt through his right arm. The Neurologist immediately dismissed this, stating that "your brain is sending you mixed signals".
Is this a case of doctors NOT listening to their patients?

Well just watched the W5 Episode on this and must admit I had a smile on my face, my wife was diagnosed with MS in 2004, and the neurologist thinks the delivery of our last child was the cause,,but I think its just all guess work, the fact is they don't really know. The fact is they don't really know a lot about a lot of neurological diseases. They are all just pulling straws.
I hope this is good news for everyone with MS and I shall be taking the appropriate action.

Good luck to all of you who suffer...

I was with my Sister and her family tonight and we were all very excited at the possibilities. I've had MS since 2000 and tonight was the first time I had hope. If anything, I'd at least like to be checked to see if I have the same problem.

My Dughter was just diagnosed as having MS. Even though she is an adult and will make her own decisions regarding treatment, it is no less devastating news for a parent to hear. Any information which may help her and us would be appreciated.
