First of all, let me assure you that chef/co-owner Robert Bell has not left Chez Melange in Redondo Beach, where he's worked with partner Michael Franks since the restaurant opened in 1982.

Thats Awesome my one tooth Grandmothers best are now for the whole world to experience.I have pictures of her in the Brooklyn kitchen with my Father and cousins me and the great red sauce cooking.We are all so excited here in Minnesota where there are four more TERANO'S cooking her best.Anthony Joesph,Nicholas Alexandra,Domonic Robert and me Gerard william Terano.Meybe someday we will be so lucky to have Robert come out and start a kitchen eatery in the twin citys.
