A very very commendable idea, until somebody keeps the money and enriches himself as is the custom of many in Government. lol True or False ? Haha ha

yeah... nice idea , but i just dont see it working well here for the same reason.

if the coffee shop will just hand out the coffee and sandwiches instead of issuing tabs then maybe itll work. i can already foresee coffee and sandwiches "paid for through the initiative of your neighborhood politician"
