Former Iranian President Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said that it is necessary to conduct free, transparent and fair elections to balance the situation in the country, the Iranian agency ILNA said today.

there are always free and right elections there especially after defeating bloody regime of Pahlawi.
