Sep 9, 2012 Full story: Free Republic 17

If Iran would be attacked, they will have to defend in every possible way.

Agreed, but they need to take care not to widen their war by attacking those not actually attacking them. An example is attacking a US ship when the US is not engaged in the war, or closing the Straights of Hormuz. Clearly, Iran can inflict damage on US warships, but doing so will guarantee that Iran will never again be a viable power. Against Israel, Iran can do pretty well, but against Israel and the USA it is doomed.

Iran will not attack US warships they have no reason to attack, but if Iran is attacked i think they will lash out in several directions, what we could have is another Bay of Tonkin incident, remember the one that never happened.

buddy, all these bs. It is no such country as issrael, it is country, which exists only thanks to ussa. You can be clled ussrael. And naturally, if Iran would be attacked, they must show that they can protect their country by wise destruction of all hostile goals just like local bases, these sh..y warships etc. And they must involve Russia and China in that war too.

Let's hope they do. That will mean the hasty destruction of Iran as it exists today.

Israel exists thanks to the UN. It is a legally existing state. POLAND exists because of the USA.

buddy, it will be no battle, these your warships are like titanic, but much bigger and less manageable, one or two better bombs or missiles and it goes to the bottom with equipment and the whole menagerie.
Your ussmanic, stupid, criminal politicians should be reasonable people and stop with this politics of intimidations and war mongering, because it will bring only tragedies.

it is just like always impudency and lie. Poland is country, which has 1000 years of history and history of it is strictly connected with Christianity. We have grounded our country after converting to Christianity 1000 years ago. And your USA has really, but really NOTHING to do with it.
What bs do you write? Who do you lie on every step?
Maybe better say that rise of that your country is dependent on Poles and Poland, who have helped to defeat britts. Who has grounded for instance this your most important military academy?Do you think that this great Pole, who has grounded it want to see what he has done? Is he glad of his work? I think no, he didn't want to lead to such tragedies.

Even the most powerful weapon has its drawbacks and ite achilles heel.
We have seen ultra modern ships with state of the art electronic equipment unable to differentiate between an airliner jet and a military jet.
I see more incidents like the Tonkin and Vincennes incident where ships, despite top notch hardware, "inadvertently" strays inside territorial waters and create conditions / pretext for conflict.

Poles have done great things, including in and for the USA. They helped us in our efforts for independence, just as did the French. You also produced one of the great Popes in all of history.

I am referring to the invasion of Poland by the Russians and the Germans simultaneously in 1939, wiping away any semblance of Polish government in a matter of days, Germany setting up numerous extermination camps, much to the embarrassment of the proud Polish people.

The Allies, including the USA, by combat freed Poland from the Nazis and closed those terrible camps. The USA played a MAJOR role in freeing Poland from the Germans. But Russia imposed communist rule until I think about 1990 when the Solidarity movement forced an end to the communist government. This did not happen in a vacuum: the USA and its allies won the cold war and thus ended the Soviet Union. Had the USA not come to Europe and engaged the Germans, how would Poland be today? Had the USA not won the cold war, how would Poland be today? Had the USA not been the catalyst for the formation of NATO, of which Poland is a member, how would Poland be today?

I have visited Poland and seen the shambles the Soviets left behind, the poverty and low standard of living. It is good to see Poland now completely free, even free for at least one of its citizens to insult a country that helped it become what it is today.

Buddy, Poland was freed by Sovjets, USA and allies have bombed a few churchs and a few Polish towns like for instance Szczecin, you know, it was so called friendly fire like for instance 9\11 in your country, you know. What about Sovjets, they were a little bit bad for some Poles but they have done many good things for POland: social system, liquidation of poverty, liquidation of illiteracy, improvement of education, developmentof industry, no such organizations as mafia or organized criminality, Sovjets were more cool and fine than you are. And what about this nato - it was the last stupidity that these criminal, corrupt morons, who rule here ( puppets probably installed by your cia) have pushed POlandin this nato and took participation in that wars: Afghanistan,Iraq, it is participation in global crime against humanity and mindless lack of money. We have now in POland thanks to your USA: poverty, unemployment, lack of perspectives, no industry, which would belong to Poland, decreasing the level of education, debts and participation in these mindless wars and degradation of natural environment and it is everything what we have thanks to USA.

An absolute load of old-fashioned bullshit. POLAND is responsible for Poland. After they partnered with the Nazis to invade Poland, the Soviets were allies with the USA in WWII. You didn't know that? Nonetheless they crushed the Poles and at the end of the war enslaved them under communism. You call that "freed"? LOL.. But what Poland inherited from the Russian boot is exactly what you blame on the USA: poverty, junk housing, atheism, and obsolete industrial gear. And there was no crime in Poland under the Soviets? Do you think anyone is so stupid as to believe that? A "little bit bad for some Poles"? What bullshit. POLAND is responsible for POLAND. You shame Poland.

Disproving Karol's lies: "The Eastern European country's economic miracle hasn't lifted all boats. More than 25% of Polish schoolkids grow up in poverty...

Chynow. In this Polish town 45 kilometers (28 miles) from Warsaw, gray buildings line the road leading from Grojec to Gora Kalwaria. It is the same bland, boxy architecture left by socialism throughout Poland.

the Soviet legacy of unregulated industrial development and environmental neglect has left Poland a country with environmental problems it must deal with for many years to come.

While under Communist rule, Poland did little to regulate the industry’s pollution output rather choosing to focus on growth and industrial output. Air pollution has also resulted in serious respiratory problems to the people of Poland as well as extensive damage to the beauty of all of its national parks. Sulfur dioxide, a byproduct of burning brown coal, mixed with rain has resulted in problems with water pollution and acid rain..."

One can only wonder what Poland Karol is in. I have been to the one named Poland and seen old Soviet planes parked and left behind with all kinds of oil and fuel staining the grounds. I have seen the ugly buildings they walked away from and have smelled them from a distance. I see Poland's per capita income, 46 th in the world.

I wonder if Karol is a true Pole, or a mouthpiece jew-hater. We can see he is a liar.

The sooner we take care of Iran and Syria the better. We have at least 20 allies on board now. Russia and China would not dared to interfere.
