We need a government agency to determine, by person, who is stable and who is not, as well as those that could be marginal. That way only those deemed stable on the acceptable scale would be allowed to purchase a firearm, among other activities. This would also allow us to monitor those people that may be borderline to insure they follow acceptable protocol. Speak with contempt about a public official and a visit from the local control officer might be in order. Post an inflamitory word about policy and it could be 'strike one'. The only way to absolutely control crazy, agitated or overly opinionated individuals is to monitor them, preferably on a daily basis. Yes it will cost some freedom and money, but it would be worth it to make us safe. No one wants agitators or crazy people about.

Shall we also have religious police and speach police RusyS? Apparently you have you never even skimmed over the Constitution. How about we deem you to be mentally deficient and take away your rights? Or how about we accept that there are evil people out there who do evil everywhere things and the only way to stop that is for good people to stand up against them.

Rusty has a point, it sure seems like we are moving in that direction.
