Icahn accuses eBay board members of conflicts of interest
Billionaire investor Carl Icahn accused eBay Inc Chief Executive John Donahoe of failing to spot - or ignoring - conflicts of interest on the company's board and called again for the spinoff of its fast-growing PayPal division.

eBays long-suffering shareholders would appear to have some reason to complain about that sweet little Skype deal: a neat little pea and thimble routine took a lot of money off eBays shareholders and put it into the pockets of at least one eBay insider; then, I dont suppose it really matters as the shareholders have never had a dividend and dont look like ever getting one while the chief headless turkey, Johnny Ho, and his gaggle of feathers friends are lining their nests
