Accident is not the correct term. If it was an accident he would have come forward sooner. The next day maybe. The only reason he was caught is because his partner in crime came forward not because of his guilty conscience, but to try and get the reward money. Neither of these boys have remorse at all. The 16 year old has prior juvenile offenses (Plural) Neither of these boys who I know.... show any remorse. they are just upset now because they are caught. I hope they are tried as adults, and they should be charged with more than reckless injury and obstructing. What about this deadly weapon they were shooting, what about restitution, what about endangering safety, what about hit and run?
