That's the regional cooperation spirit. In the same spirit of cooperation, maybe Town of Hoosick residents should take their millions annually spent at hospitals, doctors, grocery stores, department stores, gas stations, dentists and restaurants to the west instead of to the east, that would be a compelling story too.
