The media are idiots, always trying to MAKE a story.
Pretty fought the best available when it matter ,and everytime there were haters.
Diego Corrales (RIP) he was to big, a puncher and was gonna roll Floyd (NOT)
Baldomir to big.(NOT).
Gatti (RIP) to big to strong,(NOT)
De La Hoya to big to strong (NOT)
Hatton to fast, undefeated, in his prime, gonna shut floyd up (NOT).
Judah , just as fast, southpaw, to strong for Floyd (NOT)
Marques, excellent counter puncher, been way to active ,Floyd would be rusty (NOT)
There will always be losers, like the one who wrote this who can't see him for what he really is (The Best Ever) his style, and defensive superiority along with his offensive gifts are to much in the ring no matter who's in there.
Sugar Shane had the chance 2 years ago, and his ol lady put the kabash on that.
Cotto lost to Margarito, who will kill Manny (you'll see).
The only three things that would ever tarnish his record are:
Lucky punch
Light Heavyweight,Heavyweight.
Father time.
AND I don't see either of the first 2 ever happening...
Give me a break.
