Wow this is awesome, Coilmart and Rigid are great companies, I have done business with them for years and am glad to see that they have partnered up with Dreyer & Reinbold.

They are rip off artists, they take contracts if thou they know they cannot supply the buildings or drawings as promised, laughing that a sucker is born everyday and we have his/her downpayment so let them cancel.
If a customer has a change to his/her building they charge a change fee of 20% plus the full price for the material changes even if the customer was mislead by one of their slick willies. Their VP famous saying is "some will, some wont, next"! They take pride in hurting the little guys in particular the end user who thinks they are getting a deal and get blanked.
They sell dealerships out of their Denver operation for $4,950.00 and what the new dealer receives is a bunch of copies of materials readily available in the industry for free. Their builder school is so basic that it is liken to a 1st and 2nd grade class in school led by a person who is has convinced himself he knows what he is talking about who has never been with a reputable metal building company.
Be very careful joining sides with this group.
