I thought it was pretty shabby during the coverage of the 500 that so much time was spent on the familial relationships of Rahal and Andretti and almost no mention of the Foyts. It really wasn't Anthony's fault he ended up on the last row -- his team set him on fire -- twice!

Yeah, they did start out talking alot about the Foyt familial relationships last season, but now with the merger of the two series it really does seem (not just at Indy) that they are focusing on Graham and Marco more than anyone else in the series really. Except for Danica's win in Japan, the news has really been all about the similarities in Graham and Bobby both racing in the IRL and Marco and Micheal and Mario all trying to "find their way on the road courses". I just feel so bad for Anthony. On top of a really disasterous season, he has to deal with all this as well. He looked really good at the start of the season and I was gunning for him to finally get a win this season, and I think that all the focus being on Marco and Graham is really starting to get to him more than his team constantly finding a way to problem-fill his race day. Did anyone read the transcripts on indycar.com where the announcer was interviewing all three of them?

Anthony and Vision racing looked really strong the first race. Of course Larry Curry who is one of the best was helping the team. The problem is Larry is Shady and cheated. They got caught fired Larry and are struggling once again. Ed Carpenter as well as Anthony Foyt are really improving. Poor Anthony can never live up to Grandpas high bar that was set. But I think he's getting better and I hope he finds success.

Now that Curry is with Marty Roth racing we can see that John Andretti is doing pretty good. The guy may be shady, but he knows something

I don't want to see the season end again with Anthony's ride future up in the air like it does so often. He's a great asset to the series.

If we know Curry has that reputation, then the technical inspectors know it, too.

I think he can push the envelope especially with feedback from a seasoned driver like John Andretti. Whatever he does with John gets transferred to Marty's car no doubt.

What puzzled me about the success at Vision when Curry was there is that Anthony is not known for his ability to provide useful feedback about the car. Perhaps that is one of the areas in which he is growing as a driver now that he doesn't have to just listen to AJ the Man.
