You've repeatedly said that Obama cannot win because he is a failure, and that white people will not be stupid enough to vote for Obama again. If those statements are true then how is the election turning out to be very close? Romney should be winning in a landslide.
Those statements are opinions. Based on the fact you didn't realize that, I assume yours will probably be one of the votes for Obama. ;)

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Why in the world would you vote for Obama after what has (and has not) happened during the first 3.5 years of his regime?

Linda's position on the election has evolved. A couple of months ago it was Obama cannot win in 2012 and anybody who suggests otherwise can kiss her butt. Now she says the election is close but she is expecting a victory for Romney. Next time it will be Romney lost because stupid white people voted for Obama again.

I'm really not a fan of Obama. Since Romney was selected as the Republican candidate I've repeatedly said that Obama is beatable but the Republicans basically handed the election to the Democrats by selecting a horrible challenger.

Romney is certainly qualified to be president and I don't doubt that he would be good at the job. That being said the man has no charisma, no crossover appeal, and he is a Mormon.

Any one of those traits could be enough to sink his candidacy. The three combined make him unelectable.

That is my opinion which is in stark contrast to that of Linda Bledsoe. On November 7, 2012, we will see who is right and who is wrong.

Very little has changed about the presidential election over the past two months. The election date has gotten closer and Obama is still projected to win which suggests that Romney has less time to come from behind.

My username has changed but my opinion has not. That is because unlike you I am not trying to soften my stance to lessen the blow of being proved wrong when Obama is reelected.

The funny part about this entire post is that you are terrified of being wrong on an internet forum. You actually care about this garbage. I really don't care if your hero is re-elected or not. I would put my money on Romney, but at the end of the day, the President has very little impact on how I live my day to day life. I have personally had the best years of my life during Obama's regime.

Obama was new, edgy, and exciting in 2008. Now he is a poor-performing incumbant who has consistently campaigned on the platform that he needs more time. That isn't a very clear vision and people are sick of his rhetoric. You may buy into it, but most people will prove to be a little smarter in November.

Romney is looking like he will win in a very close election. He has methodically cut into Obama's "lead" in national polls, and with the error rates, they are essentially tied. The trend is definitely in Romney's favor, and the conventions didn't have much impact one way or the other. The debates are a formaility, and Obama might be able to tread water through those, but come November it looks like Obama will be unemployed.
hahah Obama has got this in the bag! Unless he eats a fetus on camera the night before the election hes totally going to win.

Not too many Americans understand Romneys severe case of cognitive dissonance.

I have not said anything nice about Obama or mean about Romney.
The first 3.5 years of the Obama administration have been disastrous. That being said Obama has the advantage of running as an incumbent, and that is a significant hurdle to overcome. Romney is a weak and uninspiring challenger. I say that because many within his own party still wish they had someone else to vote for, and Romney appears to have very little support coming from swing voters.
The nationwide polls between Obama and Romney are close, but Obama has a significant advantage when it comes to the Electoral College. In order to win Romney has about 100 days to turn at least half dozen states which supported Obama in 2008 and are polling blue as of now.
It is still possible for Romney to win but he has a long and difficult road ahead of him. If the best stats that you can come up with to suggest that Romney will come from behind are Scott Walker in 2010 and Ronald Reagan in 1980 then I think it's clear who is truly doing the spinning here.

Oh please. In this very thread Linda Bledsoe said that Obama cannot win because he has been a failure and the only way that he will be reelected is if stupid white people vote for him again. A week before the election it became clear that Romney was trailing in the polls so now Linda doesn't care who wins the election.

Why would I be scared of being wrong? For months I've been saying that Obama has had a very weak first term but as the incumbent the odds are in his favor because Romney is a dull an uninspiring challenger. It seems to me that's how the election turned out.

You are correct. I was completely wrong about the election and how it turned out. I honestly believed that Romney would win this election due to Obama's results in his first term and the bridges he burned.

Did stupid white people vote for him? Yes, but stupid white people also voted for Romney. The bottom line is that the majority of people in this country prefer the vision of Obama. I don't happen to be one of them.

Hay man I understand why I can't find a job. Just look at my new picture. But as long as Obama keeps the food stamps up and I can find food pantries, I know I will make it. Chow for now man.

Obviously yes. After the smelly immoral hippies decided they liked money, they took a bath and then took over the media, the public education system, and much of our government. The result has been a brainwashing of America, a total dumbing down of the American public, and an increasingly immoral and corrupt government.

The latest studies (Zogby, etc...) show that American Democrats are outright ignorant and stupid people. They know a hundred ways to smoke dope and fornicate but are totally ignorant about subjects that matter like science, math, government, etc...

One of the studies showed that more than 90% of surveyed Democrats had no idea who Harry Reid was (hint: As the Senate Democrat majority leader, he's the 2nd most powerful Democrat in government) but knew all about Sarah Palin's wardrobe.

That's how stupid these people are. Most of the blacks that were surveyed said they voted for Obama "because he's black." But Obama isn't "black." He is mulatto which is to say that he's half white.

But that's how ignorant and stupid these people are. Brainwashed in an overpriced failing public education system that fell from first in the world to below average despite spending in real dollars (e.g. after adjusting for inflation) increasing more than twice as much per pupil, they are just ignorant stupid people that claim to be morally superior because of their feelings (e.g. the way they feel) but are really some of the most immoral people on the face of the earth because of their behavior and choices.

They are pawns of evil liberal globalists like George Soros that intends to enslave them forever but too stupid to even know it.

Yes, they voted again for Obama and that's why.

The fact is that many people are struggling for various reasons. The default response when you are struggling is to accept any help you can get. Obama's entitlements seemed appealing to a majority of voters and they voted for him. Some people realize that financial assistance can be counter-productive. However, most people do not understand basic financial and economic concepts. They voted for Obama. Most people do not understand the liberation in working hard and being rewarded for that work. They voted for Obama. I understand why they voted for him, but I do not believe for a second that Obama is an effective leader nor do I believe he has any interest in bettering humanity. Obamacare is an absolute disaster that has already killed hundreds of thousands of jobs and will kill millions more by the end of 2014. It is probaby the worst legislation to be passed in the last 100 years and will be studied in history books for the next 100 years as its failures unfold.

All this said, I don't think everyone who voted for Obama is stupid. There is a high percentage of uninformed voters in all elections, but they vote both ways. I feel bad for the people who genuinely thought Obama's regime would help their lives. They are finding out that the promises were empty and poorly thought-out. That is the hard part. Obama will be fine. I will be fine. My family will be fine, but some families struggle and it saddens me to see them put faith in a leader who cannot lead. Only the fiscally strong can withstand a regime such as Obama's. It is unfortunate that his destruction has only begn.
