There were many calling for forgiveness and a second chance. Maybe he can get a job as a principal in one of the many Christian schools now.
Sit by the phone, Scott. It will be ringing soon.

Allow me to make a very interesting comparison....so many people are sticking up for this man, a man with a position of authority & leadership over children, a man who drove drunk and but for a guardian angel on his shoulder, could very well have wiped out your family, or your neighbor's family.
Now look at the comments made regarding the young woman in Indianapolis who smothered her son when she passed out drunk on him-they're almost uniformly hateful. These are 2 human beings, both of whom know right from wrong, & both of whom suffer from a need or addiction to alcohol-why is he getting the sympathy while she gets venom spewed from anonymous keyboards? If this ex-principal doesn't stop now, he'll be the one facing a judge one day on an alcohol-related crash....and what then will be the difference between him and the young mother who now sits in jail awaiting trial?

Why did a man get jail time (a year) for burning a cat and another man did not get jail time for stabbing a dog? Help me understand how the justice system works, please.

Dr. Kathryn Loy Fletcher of Ball State endangered a child. The liquor doesn't force itself down her throat. She repeatedly risked our families on the road to accidents or death. When she decided to drink, drive, and put children in the car it became a crime. It is bad enough to do this at all, but to continue drinking afterwards is a real problem. This professor teaches child psychology and ethics in psychology. Ball State teaches by example. Is this acceptable to anyone besides the BSU trustees?
