$3.7 million annually to subsidize the Pacers' operating costs;
$7.1 million annually for managing the Fieldhouse with a 3% annual escalator;
$26.5 million paid directly to the Pacers for improvements to the Fieldhouse;
$7 million paid directly by the CIB to replace the basketball floor, upgrade the building's cooling tower and improve the facility's steam pressure control system; and
$8 million to pay for the scoreboard and sound system, which was paid for by earlier subsidies the CIB paid to the Pacers and under which the Pacers were allowed to keep all of the additional advertising revenues generated from the digital scoreboard. We're supposed to be happy that we'll get title to the scoreboard and sound system that will no doubt be outdated and require replacement at the end of the 10 years, if not sooner.

Government services should be the exclusive provenance for high dollar campaign contributors. Ballard has proven innumerable times this to be among his precepts.
Think of the lack of salt and clear roads during inclement weather as a test of your rugged individualism. He believes in the public. Btw,the roads are always clear in the mayor's neighborhood because he's entitled.
Give generously to his campaign. You too,may become the recipient of tax dollars to further your business interests. That's how he operates. And of course his little version of his very own Mini-Me,Ryan Vaughn.
We need Ballard. He is very worldly. He spends more time abroad on junkets than-------Well,let's just say Ballard spends more time traveling in the sky than the average Cardinal,Starling and Robin combined!
Ballard is sympathetic to the needs of humans. He believes in giving millions of tax dollars to billionaires. If we don't accommodate their needs,wants and desires,they may become depressed and turn to drugs. We cannot have that. They're billionaires. Their feelings must not become despondent. Our city's future is dependent upon their self esteem.
$57,000 a month is being paid by the Hoosier taxpayer for a building the city cannot use. Gotta love Ballard's commitment to campaign contributors. Even with the building empty and not in use,the man has honored his commitment to the building's owner. That's a good man,indeed.
The politicos of Detroit have failed. It took them nearly 60 years to bankrupt Detroit. Ballard is committed to the decline of Indianapolis. The very same decline that bankrupted Detroit. His goal is to bankrupt Indianapolis in less than half of that time.
Infrastructure? Who cares! We need more stadiums!!! We need more haphazard bike lanes! Police and Fire protection? Naw!!! We need to subsidize the billionaires outside of Marion County with more toys and tools to make more monies.
RE-ELECT GREG BALLARD AS MAYOR OF INDIANAPOLIS!!
BRINGING COUNTRY-CLUB POLITICS TO THE AVERAGE HOOSIER.
YOU CAN'T COME INSIDE THE CLUB,BUT YOU'RE MORE THAN WELCOME TO PAY THE DUES FOR A MEMBER OF THE ELITE TO BECOME A MEMBER AND TO ALLOW THEM TO ENJOY THE PRIVILEGES OF THEIR MEMBERSHIPS!
