I called 911 today for a man who passed out at Gander Mountain. I was put on hold while I listened to a voice machine in English and Spanish. This man could have died while I was on hold. What is wrong with this picture? Once I was able to get through, the police and Fire Department responded quickly. The delay was definitley due to the 911 operators and their system. If I encounter a criminal, I'll shoot first call 911 second. Hold might get me killed.

Soccer as our national past time. If baseball is replaced as our national pastime, Shouldn't it be by another sport and not a game for atheletically challenged people.

The NFL took over as the national pastime years ago. And David Beckham, isn't he just married to a Spice Girl?

I also want to thank Wellpoint for all it's profits. I can not receive the medical attention I need because you are now my doctor and decided I do not need to get better while the physician that actually diagnosed me must have wasted his time going to medical school.

First of all Davied Beckham is old and past his prime. Nobody cares for soccer the only way soccer will ever become a huge part of American Life is if/when all these illegals from Mexico and Central America make their way into this Great Country and become the majority. You do realize that the Galaxy played Guadalajara in a stadium that hold over 90000 fans and it was only a third of the way filled and those fans were sporting Mexico's colors. Have you ever seen the paprazzi ever shoot Beckham without Posh Spice? NO, so the media is more focused on her then they are of him.

Taxes are not a penalty. They are the price you pay for the Hoosier Dome, Conseco Fieldhouse, the Simon HQ and the Colts Stadium.

Soccer is the real football. I won't allow my kid to play American football but I will allow him to play soccer. You need more skill in soccer. And it is much more fun to watch.

Way more people die of head injuries in a car, than on a motorcycle. How would you like a helmet to go with that seat belt?

Rugby is the real football, soccer is .....well definately boring, I would rather watch golf. Of course either would cause an instant nap. Cut the embilical cord, if the kid wants to play football, let him.

I knew I'd get a negative response from this. Thank you Lord for this great country where we can voice our opinions and I can agree to disagree without penalty or sacrifice.

The sports teams that require these stadiums should be required to pay for them.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Pisces

It's a great day for fixing anything that needs attention now. That might be a dripping tap, a sick child, an unpaid bill or a miffed partner. However, you'll do particularly well if you need to sort out something connected with official or joint finances or red tape. You might be asked to help someone deal with a bureaucratic problem, especially if they're elderly.
