It is about time they started be charged.
Would it be great is the tea baggers would have to pay for each and everyone of their delusions.

Well, if he was stupid enough to start an actual lawsuit, he certainly must have known he might, y'know, LOSE. And be ready to do so.
At least he's not being fined for his opinion. Just the fact that he wanted to waste court time.
There's a difference.
As yet, it's not against the law to have an opinion. We don't have 'thought police' yet.
