Sen. Mike Delph need look no further than his own family to realize how ridiculous the notion of gay "marriage" really is.

All rights are man-made. We don't need anyone to tell us we aren't receiving equal protection under the law. But we're getting there, slowly but surely. And you can't stop us.

According Thomas Jefferson, and many others, "Rights" are NOT man-made but come from God. And that's exactly what our U.S. Declaration Of Independence states so eloquently.

Equal rights is fine, nobody disputes that. But marriage is man and woman. Civil union is same sex. That's all.

His own brother stands by Mike and his opinion. Why can't you? I thank Mike Delph for standing on what he believes in.

Yes, but many people mistakenly believe that many of the Founding Fathers, such as Jefferson, were Christians. They were not. Many of them were Deists, which has a completely different view of The Creator than does the Christian writers of The Bible. The God of the Christian bible is not the god that the Founding Fathers recognized.

You are correct that they didn't follow GOD of the Bible. There was no Bible
.
The first white settlers arrived on American soil in 1005; 606 years before the first Christian Bible c.1611

The vikings made a go of settling North America in 1005. After landing there with livestock, supplies and between 100 and 300 settlers, they set up the first successful European American colony ... for two years. And then the Native Americans kicked their ass out of the country, shooting the head viking in the heart with an arrow.
