Ask yourself why the developers who are salivating over the Mass Ave parcels aren't picking up the tab for this. They ar the ones who stand to make millions from it.

That's because they came to the city for a free-bee handout. No shocker, they got it. Just like the City Way condos near Lilly. Millions of dollars just seems to grow on trees in the Mayors office.

Having said that. I would still vote for Greg Ballard again as our mayor. I fully support Republican malfeasance.

Don't forget 33 million to one of the riches men in the country.
Six million to redone Post Rd community center to play another little game. But let we can not hire more policeman or make the streets safe in Indy. Planning on moving out of this town by next year.
