How stupid do you have to be to "kid" with a TSA officer, especially using physical contact?

If someone just squeezed on your junk and your colostomy bag, you may feel like you know someone and intimately. He was just sharing a private moment and was arrested.

Does he punch his doctor after his yearly exam?

Depends on the quality of the exam.

If you catch your doctor giving you a prostate exam using anything other than his finger, then yes, you have the right to punch him out!

"We're mad as he!! and we're not going to take it any more!"

Demand your right to opt out of full body radiation scans AND body searches! Radiation causes cancer and body searches are violations of our Fourth Amendment Rights against illegal searches. Not one of the terrorists of September 11 was a US citizen, so the government has NO RIGHT to search American citizens!

So let me get this straight.

If you leave the screening area, even after workers (Mall Cops) tell you to leave(John Tyner), and another TSA (Team Sexual Assault) worker says you actually can't leave now, and you do it anyway. They will try and come after you for 10k to 11k for being a freedom loving American with 4th amendment rights protecting you from unreasonable search and seizure.(used to)

And the fellow in Indiana punches the power tripping, no education, police state mall cop thug goon and gets out later that day on 150.00 bond with a misdemenor charge. Isn't that a better alternative to the 10 or 11k non-compliant slave fine policy? So if we, the slave class, simply leave, that's 10 thousand dollar fine, but if we, the slave class punch you in your fukk1ng FACE like you deserve, then it's 150.00 and a misdemenor?

Well, there's your answer right there, isn't it?

Touch me or my wife, I'll punch you in your fukk1ng FACE! Touch my kids????? Let's not even go there. And I may spend the rest of my life in jail, but I did the right thing and stood up for whats RIGHT!

America, the time is now......Take Action Today!!!!
We are at a pivotal point here in America, right now. We decide if we continue on with the ultra-surveillance police state of no checks and balances or over-sight. Or do we let them run headlong into the ditch of tyranny and oppression?

You have every right to refuse scanning and searches. What you don't have a right to is to board an airplane. So, exercise your rights and either stay home or drive.

BTW--"Radiation causes cancer' is scientifically meaningless. You re exposed to background radiation 24/7. What matters is the type of radiation, the intensity, and the duration. Not to mention genetics.

Body searches are not automatically violations of our rights. By flying, you accept the terms of the process; you are told ahead of time to be there early and that you may/will be searched. Again, your choice--follow the procedure and board, or don't and don't.

You are forgetting the critical aspect here--no rights are absolute; the law allows and even demands tha public safety override expression of rights.

If you are an attorney, you;re not a very good one.

As Dennis Miller said: why can't we merge free medical exams into these screenings? Mammograms, digitals, etc? Obamacare to the extreme!

Actually, you frigging neanderthal, if you attack a TSA guard, they have every right to shoot your brains out--in front of your kids. Which is a less horrific idea than the idea that you have kids at all.

Stop whining about slavery...you have no idea what slavery is. Being searched in the interest of public safety is not anything at all like slavery.

You aren't being forced to take that plane trip. You choose to do so. That means you follow the rules concerning that trip. Don't like it? Start walking...drive...take a bus...whatever. They don't have to sat you at all if you are disruptive, and that goes back to even before 9/11.

This whole controversy is nothing but a nountain out of a mole hill. I have worked in a prison for the last 20 years and I go through the exact same search every I go through that gate. Just as everyone else is. If you are there to visit your felonious familyyou ar going to be searched the same as the employees. That is old women and children too.
For the guy who is going to punch the TSA agentif his wife is searched, are you going to punch a woman? Because these searches are same gender only.
Having to search the kids is a shame but wou would not believe the thins that have been found that thier POS parents have hidden in diapers.
Finally, yes you do have the right to refuse the scan or search the scan or search but just as it is where I work, they have the right to then refuse you entance. And if you think that these agents somehow get off doing these searches. Even if if they were homosexual, I doubt they are to exited after about the fourh family of 400lbs unwashed loudmouthes comes through going on about "thier rights".
It is a testament to thier training and professionalism that they make it through the day without choking the living sh** out of someone.

Airline pilots and passengers are filing lawsuits across America to stop the illegal searches and invasive body scans.

Our Fourth Amendment Right against illegal search is ironclad, unless you give up that right. No agents of the federal government (the TSA) has the right to violate your First Amendment rights in any way. We need to file a blizzard of lawsuits against them to stop them from violating our civil and constitutional rights. This is the legal way to stop them from infringing our rights.

Ask yourself, "Would Thomas Jefferson allow himself and his wife and children to be scanned by a full body radiation machine that showed private body parts? No! Would he allow the King's soldiers to search his wife and children? No!" That's why he and the rest of the founding fathers gave us our rights. Now we need to stop the tyranny of government intrusion and invasion of our rights, or things will get even worse and there will be nothing to stop them. We need to exercise our rights now or lose them forever.

Who voted for our lawmakers? That's right we do. We can piss and moan all day long, but at end of the day the only power we have is that we still have the right to vote. And even that power seems to dissipate more and more each day. We have become like spoiled little children. We need to apply some tough love to ourselves. Bite the bullet fellow citizens, do something different, vote different.

You;ve already given up your rights by buying the ticket. The search procedures are explained before you get there; you then CHOOSE to comply and fly, or to stay home.

You;re no attorney if you think any right is "ironclad". Many rights ARE curtailed on the basis of public safety--surely you;ve heard of the "Yelling 'fire' in a crowded theatre" paradigm.

Jefferson wouldn't have the faintest idea what radiation was, and he would have no say if the king's men searched his family. Are you even out of high school? READ the history of the revolution even up to the war of 1812; you;d be surprised the number of rights that weren't accessible at the time.

Petey,
Go fix yourself a tall glass of S T F U.
I realize many of you don't mind kissing government boots stepping on the back of your neck. You're the kind of person that actually licks the boots and brings them to a high shine and looks up and says I love you. They spit in your face anyway. Looks like that Stockholm Syndrome has taken effect for you.

Let's get something else straight, Pete. I Never "GAVE UP" and my rights you sorry SOB sack of crap. I never gave up a damn thing, these sorry SOB's TOOK IT! Just like everything else they do. Come up with more unconstitutional and hogwash crap that destroys or constitution and bill of rights. They set it on fire and then you have the audacity to tell me I gave up rights. I guess I "gave up" my rights too when they passed the UN-Patriot Act?
You couldn't be more wrong! Additionally, it's all over the news and talk radio. The callers call in with report after report of over-the-top, doing your job too well, insensitivity and power tripping. Aside of the outright fondeling and groping. Exposing womens breasts in public and more.
Local DA's are now setting a new standard where they are going to persue and enforce standing laws the same as they would their own officers, a dentist a teacher or anyone else. Nowhere does it say TSA workers are exempt from the same laws that govern regular officers. Search: San Francisco DA will prosecute TSA workers same as anyone else.

People like you Petey, are what's wrong with America.

Americans can never do anything right. They can't even board a plane without following basic rules. Sex and violence is all that is on their minds.

Only when no sheep or donkeys were available.
Slaves weren't exactly on his "A" list.
