C. P. Morgan abruptly closed up for business, effective Feb. 26, 2009. There were reports that all of construction had been completed, and there were no outstanding homes to be finished. Well, there was a lady on local news (Indianapolis) who was standing in her UNFINISHED C. P Morgan home, looking stunned, and said that they had already invested $4,200 in the house!
