You know they had been watching this guy and needed a "Legal" excuse to enter his home because the cops have to play by the rules. Also,I wonder how much money is buried around the sleepy little town of Harlan from this moron.Kudos to the I.M.A.G.E. task force and I am all of the "Good Guys" working in the shadows out nailing people like this in any manner possible.

No, your not paranoid or delusional. I can't wait till we legalize pot so I can be as rational as you.
Hey T-Bag,I saw you this morning....then I flushed the toilet....Reefer will never be legalized, criminal penalties will always be in place because there is too much taxpayer money available. Yet,this same government does nothing to stop or even slow down illegal imigration. In fact they have no idea the terrorist groups from the mid-east to mexistink that are here or where they are. We all know what they are up to. Its just another way for government and police to bully americans, true americans.

Our government spends so much time and money on this problem, I just think if they made it legal to buy, over saw its production like it does the tobacco, and alcohol industries they could turn it into a money maker, and help support the war on other drugs that are a much larger destroyer of lives than a guy smoking a joint once or twice a week.

Or maybe they could spend the money on something REALLY IMPORTANT like enforcing seat belt laws!

<quoted text>Did alcohol prohibition end misuse of alcohol? Did it make alcohol less available? No to both. It is impossible to prevent people who want to from abusing themselves.
Some people will always misuse alcohol and drugs, but that doesn't mean that we have create a situation in which people kill and steal to obtain drugs, and murderous gangs form to sell those drugs.
Americans were free to use alcohol, opium, cocaine, and all other drugs throughout most of American history. But there was no drug crime wave in those days. You could just walk into a store and buy what you wanted without even a prescription. If you misused intoxicants that was a personal problem, not a legal problem.
Prohibition is worse that the problems it tries to prevent, and that is w
hy alcohol prohibition was ended.
The difference is that Alcohol was already part of the social fabric when we tried to outlaw it. Once "the cat is out of the bag" you never get it back into the bag. If you make drugs like marijuana or crack legal then find that it's creating huge social problems you won't be able to get it back. That is a problem Amsterdam faces now, they experimented with legal drugs, it has created many social problems and it's too late to do anything about it. And yes, Amsterdam has a big problem, it has one of the highest crime rates in the world. If you don't believe me do a google search on Amsterdam and crime.

Georgetown Square..yeah I remember...I have known Matt since H.S. we hung out alot back then......I am speechless about how deep he was into the dope game......Everyone, wether you like pot or not should know that if you are able to get your hands on that much, that says enough right there. It sucks to hear he got picked off, Im am guessing someone he dealt with found out he had gotten that much recently...and informed, thats usually how that wqould happen they dont want the guys he is distibuting too, they want his supplier..if they had been investigating him for that long they would have wanted to bust him with the most he would have. It looks like mexican brick that would most likely be a semi direct and dropped off.....They were looking for anyone possible to get into his that harlan house.....it was a day he drove too fast....He was never scared of anything....he was crazy....he wouldnt start anything with anybody unless you started it with him. Behind georgetown bowling alley that kid was talking a lotta smack....Mcchesney shot at the ground and it bounced up and hit the kid in the groin.....I was there.....But that was back in the day.....Anyone find out what could have been in the 4th safe..? that and how did they get into the other 3? Well, he will be getting some time for this, but he has been involved for a long time, its been his life... I hope he put some money away for a defense, he is going to need it.

Considering these "loads" come by way of Mexico they will never get the supplier.

I am curious as to what time this guy is looking at since on the Indiana web sight it states 10 pounds or more is a 2-8 felony with a 10,000 fine. That is of course for first time offenders. Why he would speed with any amount of "drug" money or dope in his car is beyond me, that is if he was speeding at all.

I believe like you said someone connected to him got busted and the dominos effect always plays apart in these bigger busts.

Are you stupid? Marijuana is "in the bag"?? You believe these drugs are under control?? You prohibitionists are complete fools!

Drug use and non drug crime are not related. Because relatively few illicit drug offenders commit violent and property crimes and because criminal activity more often precedes drug use than vice versa, targeting drugs is an inefficient strategy for combating nondrug crime. And because it requires withdrawing a large amount of scarce criminal justice resources from directly fighting nondrug crime, it is also an ineffective, often counterproductive, strategy for fighting such crime. Indeed, the tradeoff between fighting drugs and fighting nondrug crime is so severe that in some jurisdictions it seems to have led to an increase in nondrug crime.

According google search you should have found that crime rates in Amsterdam are much much lower than in the United States much much lower! In every catagory! You babbling idiot!
