Beurt R. SerVaas, an architect of Indianapolis' Uni-Gov expansion and for nearly three decades the leader of the City-County Council, has died, The Saturday Evening Post confirmed today.

Yep, pretty much. Who set up a little display in his house, had a den of scouts traipse through it once or twice a year, and wrote the whole place off as a non-profit museum organization.
