wow, she is pregnant again, may not face jail time, and she still gets to have contact with her other children...what a wonderful life.

I bet a pit bull dragged him out to the road since those dogs are the only thing that is dangerous to children.

Yes, folks, that was sarcasm, but my point is sincere. All kinds of things endanger our children.

Yes she should be sterilized. She has NO business having more children when she can't properly care for the ones she has now. She should go to prison even if she is pregnant.

I really don't understand why these young women/girls keep having baby after baby. Birth control is SO EASY to get, unlike 40 years ago. I think that every woman wants to be mother, but remember that the job lasts a long, long time. The men/boys should step up to the plate also. If you need "it" that bad, use protection!

I hope that she is farther then 7 months pregnant. I would hope that this pregnancy is not to keep her out of Jail. Have her wait til the baby is born and then let her serve her time. The new baby needs to go into Foster care as well.
God keep watch on the Children.

Sterilize her!!!! I hope they take this baby she is pregnant with now and put it up for adoption so someone who cares can raise this child. Sterlization after the birth of this child needs to be part of her sentence. There are already too many unwanted and neglected children out there!

Boy did this piece of crap get off easy...Brizzi just wanted the easy victory...another piece of crap but that's another story.
And Joachim is pregnant, how convienient. And so, what court would sentence her to jail where she belongs and all of her kids removed from her care? None. Women enjoy a huge double standard from abortion to neglect to post partum murders. It pays to have a life support system called a pussy.
Joachim is the attorney, Dyer is the defendant.

It's fantastic that the people who need to be prevented from reproducing are the ones reproducing the most. And we wonder why our society is so f-ed up....

Actually, I'm shocked and amazed that she FINALLY took some responsibility.

This is the first true sign that Ms. Dyer has given to indicate that she is willing to step up, take responsibility, and hopefully do something with her life that will enable her to take proper care of herself and her children.

WOW, what a wonderful legal system at work! What would have happened if, God forbid, that little boy would have been killed on 465? Would they have thrown her a party?

Not only should these children have been removed from the home before they had a chance to fall victim to their own mother, but they shouldn't be in contact with her at all.

What is wrong with our society? We don't PREVENT child abuse. We wait for it to happen and then half-ass a reaction to it.

The unborn child...the one that can truly be saved here, is the one in the most jeopardy.

WILL SOMEONE WITH SOME AUTHORITY DO SOMETHING????
