Indiana drug screen on welfare receivers

Finally, we have started to become a state to show leadership. A bill has passed to allow Indiana to drug screen welfare reciepants. It's about time! All of us have seen it standing in line at the grocery. The ghetto fabulous hoochies with nails and bling and big hair, swipe her guv'ment card for food, the go to the service desk to pay cash for cigs and lottery tickets. Or the lady that goes into the gas station and has her kids pick out all the junk food they want for dinner. Or the rats that go to the liquor store and argue when they can't pay for booze on the card.

The other part is the state wants to push for nutrition in foods on SNAP. This should be common sense. If on food stamps, buy your kids good food! It's free! Buy healthy stuff! No wonder some of his kids are fat lazy slobs.

I get drug tested for my job, to earn my check. If you are living off of my tax paid dollars, then you better be clean too. The free ride is over.

Sounds good to me. If you are going to live off of my tax dollar then you should not use them for drugs. Or cokes, candy or ice cream.

This should be extended to anyone receiving a check from the government. Government workers, police, judges, members of the legislature, members of congress and those on disability.

As David continues to suck the taxpayers for his benefits, and with his marijuana habit,David's support for this measure is funny and ironic. Be careful for what you wish for,as you might find yourself one day being hoisted by your own petard.

So typical of the stupid T baggers

David is a proponent of Do As I Say and Not As I Do form of governance. Just like in his personal relationships. That's why he is 33 years older than his girlfriend. Whom he met when she was 8 years old and he was 41 years of age. Creeeeepyyy.

Hey David,we've missed your racist rants. It looks like you're gonna start them up again. What gives? Did the folks at *Stormfront* order you and your co-horts to start posting here again for brownie points? Are you hoping to win the *Stormfront* Sippy-Cup now being offered to valued comrades for their post counts?

I can see how giving your gf the *StromFront Sippy-Cup* would be a special moment for the two of you.

Drug testing welfare recipients is an idea that sounds good on the surface but you don't have to dig deep to see how doing so is wasteful. The government will end up spending a million dollars on testing to save a thousand dollars in benefits. Those that fail will get their benefits back after receiving counseling and drug treatment which is also paid for by the government.

There are legitimate ways to cut back on fraud and waste in the system but drug testing does not work.

Why do I hear so many people are worried about getting a job the requires a drug test.
Yes if you are drawing welfare you should be tested. I have even see them sale their food stamps for money. I am not worried about any drug test because I don't have to work. That is because I can live on what I have worked for including social security and medicare. Yes I still pay for medicare each month. It's your programs, if you want to complain, do something and change the system.

They should have a reason for the testing. Lets say someone on snap gets arrested for drugs. Wouldn't that be a reason? What about a drug deal gone bad and he or she gets shot? Would that be a good reason? Every arrested person that draws welfare should be tested before they get out. How about testing the ones that cps investigate?
I am sure that they can come to some conclusion. BTW This is not the first time that this has come up. There was a committee hearing years ago in Congress.

Take notice, only the crazy liberal freeloaders are the ones complaining or disagreeing. As the first post stated, the free ride is over!

That is the way the system works. That is why we are trying to change the system. Not to mention that we are $17trillion in the red and counting.

From the posting judges, it is the obamacrat druggies sitting on their a$$ at home watching Maury that don't want the drug testing. They know their "reparations" are ending. That is what they think the racial payback is. Living free off of he working man and gettin' high as a mutha' fu'.

it seems that things the government tries to fix end up costing the tax payers more money then the original problem does. If drug testing will keep children from eating, I am totally against it.
