what city and state are you requiring about maybe someone here can point you in the right direction.

Also, keep this in mind if the home is listed the realestate agent can get you all info including who is actually managing it. by law they must know this info to save you a lot of extra work. ALso the people sellin the home should know to whom and where they are sending their money. THis might also help you get what you want.

Another thing you need to understand is, if you are paying a monthly fee this sounds like a condominium association if so a big part of your fees also cover the maintenance and upkeep of the outside of the actual home as well as you do not own it it is owned by the assocaition you are buying the inside of the home not the outside and part of what you give them should go to replace things like siding, painitng, roof gutters etc. THis is for all homes in the entire community on top of the fees and expenses that someone else listed above.

well Archose, the good thing about living in america is, if you dont like it you dont have to move there no one is making you.

I guess i dont understand in listening to you rant is, until you know who to talk to you know nothing and are already complaining about fees. If you cant afford them or are going to complain about how much they are you might want ot consider not moving there, many condo assocaitions have many expenses and have huge amounts of money going into furture reserve accounts for future repairs so they dont have to impose special assessments later. If all of this sounds like it is not for you then dont buy. I have lived in two communities like this and the owners in good communities budget and prepare for future repairs now so they dont happen later. and most people in these communties want it this way and they vote this in and will not allow one person to come in and disrupt their community appearance and progress. So if this amount is bad then dont buy the home. If the community looks great then you will know your investment is good but like other things you pay for what you get.

In reviewing your issues it appears you really dont know what you are paying for, I think the previous person is right what city sate and community name are you considering buying in? if you give more details maybe someone will know how to help you, but i really dont understand why either the Management company cant help you, you said you have been given three different companies info? I would think like above the current owner would know all of this and has to disclose this to you.

I can tell you for a fact that this company went in and offered to discount pricing to secure the total package, as I was a board member at the time..we declined his offer, also got caught with this mistress and his wife left him..about the same time the company changed their name....ummm imagine that...he can put any spin on it he wants...end result is " not honorable"

try using and they changed their name begining of this year when they moved. i know information is going out to all homeowners they tend to.
New name Same people. Service (or lack thereof) has not changed. They serve no good pupose and are only available when they are giving an order, or harassing a homeowner to take an action based off of a half story. Without finding out the totality of any circumstance, they issue directives.
I am not a semi-literate hillbilly with cars on blocks in the yard. Did you notice how fast they get into contact with everyone when the HOA fees are due?

I'm glad everything has calmed down on here. People were beginning to get crazy!
I've spent about an hour reading through these, and to be honest, it appears that Elite is a legitimate company.
People come on here only to talk smack about a company. I am a small business onwer myself, VERY small. From doing this, I know that rarely, people will go online, call, or do anything whatsoever just to say "good job." As Jesse stated about a year ago, his company manages thousands of houses. I am actually, honestly, a little suprised that with that many customers, there are only 110 comments on this page, with a large handful being from him, and some from strange people like Tim, Bart and Homer Simpson, and the supposed Mayor.
Needless to say, with a company as big as Elite, it is interesting to see that when you dig past the comments, and roundabout name calling, there are probably only 4 or 5 people on here complaining.

In conclusion, I would like to clarify that I AM NOT JESSE ANGEL. I am merly a person that googled Elite to see their address, and stumbled upon this article.

Their Customer Service SUCKS! I went into their management office to pay my HOA dues in February. I asked the girl at the front desk to verify the amount I needed to pay before I wrote out my check. We would pay the dues in two installments, but I chose to pay mine in full. She told me if I wanted to pay in full I owed $210.00. I paid this amount and received a receipt for this amount. 4 months later in the mail I receive a bill for $5.00 that is still owed on my HOA dues! Well of course I'm upset because I should have been told the correct amount to pay in the first place. I send an email to the management company to ask them if the invoice was correct and explain that I came to their office to pay in person. I also said that it was an inconvenience to me that I have to now write out another check for $5.00 and take another trip to their office. I wasn't being nasty at all, I just thought it was important that someone knew what happened so they could correct it for the future. I received a nasty email back from Nichole White at Elite to say that "I lterally live two blocks from the office" and that "they have a night drop box." No apology for the error or for the fact that I was inconvenienced in any way. No phone call from them when they posted a check that was a $5 difference from the balance owed. I just received a nasty reply that was very unprofessional on her part. Yes, I do realize that I "literally live two blocks from their office." However that is not the point. What if another homeowner is disabled and had their son or someone else drop off their check in the same manner? What if I am charged for the amount of checks I write out on my bank account? What about extra money for gas to their office or the extra stamp I have to use? With people pinching every penny they have these days that was a piss poor way to handle the situation. I simple "I'm sorry that happened" or "what can I do to help?" would have sufficed in the situation. Maybe if we could pay our dues online this would have NEVER been an issue in the first place!Gosh I hope our board drops their damn contract!

Elite really gives poor customer service. I don't think they know what good customer service is. They collect the money and that is it. Hard to reach! Uneducated staff. They just don't know what they are doing.

really why dont you come out of the wood work and talk to someone who can help it is easy to throw blame and do nothing to solve your complaint. its nice to know there are more people who hide behind anonomous emails that dont have the courage to stand up and deal with their problems. How do you suppose you will ever solve your problem. and what exactly does a managment company do i dont think you even know. where their responsibilty starts or ends.

Has anyone heard of a company called Crestwood Property Management?
I am told that the owner works with Elite to do all her financials. Can't find out any info on her except a web site.
Need to check if licensed and insured. Does anyone know if company is legit or just a website company run out of her home....
