So what have you done when you have witnessed wrong doing in your office or the offices around you?
I was making a statement about myself. I have never witnessed any wrong doing in my office.

Which then begs the question...... would you recognize a "wrong" if the statutes you practice under, together with your education and training, do not comport to the historical rule of law?

Just wondered .......

I have a question about judge neimith. I have a child up there and my x sister in law has temp custody. I have spent several thousand trying to get him back and when i do judge won't even listen to me. Why is that. It is like I dont even exsist to him. How can non family related be able to take a child away from his biological mother??? It is so unfair, even when he is living his life there as a lie.

I wish there was a simple answer to your question but there likely is not ----- Indiana has a bad habit of doing this crap and never answering to anyone...... Indiana is a terrorist state and if you have made it out ---- do yourself a favor and stay awaym.... as for your son. According to Special Prosecutor Michael Rush ---- get a gun, and come get your child ...... it is not a crime in Indiana -- Just ask Ben Paff and Michael Rush.

The summer of 2005. I went to the welfare for help. My husband had molested my chilren. They are all stair steps in age! I tried 4 counties to proscute and none of them would. My oldest 3 children were playing with there selves. So I went to them for help.Well they came to the house took statements. And said that they had a complaint about everyone doing drugs. So There was 4 adults total. My mom,her husband, me and my finace. We all past ours. My mom failed hers for pot. Welfare told me that i had to move or they were going to put the kids in a foster home.I got so scared that i packed all my childrens things and went to my finace grandparents house.3 days later, Welfare went there,And we made cots on the floor for the kids and had them seperated until we could get the room fully clean. They came and took my children right out of school the next day.Put all 5 of them in a foster home. It took them just 8 months to split all of them up in different homes. 2 of my children as of now are 150 miles from us and i drive down every week to see them. And i only get to 2hr supervised visits with them. My other 3 , I get 4 hrs supervised visits once a week. It has been this way since oct 2005. I can't even find a lawyer that will take this case.I never abuse my children at all. I was just trying to get help.
Its not me that they are really hurting its the children. If any one has advice i would really appericate it.
I'm not ever giving up on my child, even if i do have to be babysat every week.
