IMPD emails did not taint testimony in David Bisard trial, judge rules
The judge in the David Bisard trial ruled today that controversial emails sent by an Indianapolis police officer to the chief and others did not taint trial testimony.

IMPD certainly tried to give it the ol' college try! You'd almost think they made a concerted effort to develop a mistrial. Then to claim (as they did) we just didn't know any better.
And to think that veteran detectives just didn't know any better.
I = Ineptitude
M = Malfeasance
P = Protective (of their own)
D = Drunk
