Arrested repeatedly since age nine? The real question is not whether an understaffed probation department was doing its job, but who in our court system allowed him to be on the streets endangering our families? This seems to be an everyday occurrence nowadays.

If your talking about the thug, I agree with capital punishment. If your talking about the judge who allowed this to happen=Life in prison with the people he thinks are his friends. Due justice.
