That's because Ballard has no concept on how to run a city.

This is true. He spent all the money going on trips and drinking gin. And giving the tax money to B and T, the Simons, and the Irsays.

This is a sad place and these guys planned like it never snows. What happened to all the money budgeted in the years where we got no snow? Did Blubber Ballard snort it all up his nose?

Our mayor is worse than that crack addicted and drunk mayor in Canada.

We have to get him removed from office. Today!

Snow piles up, Ballard has nothting but excuses. Oh ummm, the snow came faster that expected, um it happened right at rush hour, um it was so cold the salt didnt work, umm, we didnt put enough plows on the roads. When the truth of the matter is, he cut the budget on snow/salt and put citizens at risk, while continuing to raise taxes. He takes more from us and we get less in return. It is Indy's version of Obamacare, a big screwed up mess. Indy is on the fast track to become the next Detroit.

Yes if the local corrupt and evil republicans continue to hold power we will eventually go the way of Detroit, cause the inner city Blacks are tired of having the repubs boot on their necks and holding them down. If thing don't change, they will eventually burn the house down.

We have to get that drunk windbag Ballard out of office.

This so true...except for the part about ObamaCare. It is one of the few things that God likes about our country.

Blubber boy needs to get out there and ride the snow plow trucks on the side board.

He spent all our snow removal funds from the good years on getting drunk and traveling around the world. Think, we hardly had any snow all the years Ballard as been in office. Approximately the same amount each year. Lets say is is $1 mil per year. Over the past seven years $7 mil has been put into that account. Now here is how its been used as an example.

Cost of Snow Removal
Year 1 $100, 000
Year 2 350,000
Year 3 200,000
and the remaining four years $100,000 for a total of 400, 000

Total cost for those seven years was approx $1 million dollars, but there has been $7 million allocated, budgeted, and added to the account. Where is the other $6 mil? Up Ballard's nose or in his martini?

Lets say this year the snow removal is ten times more than our worst year in the past seven. This would be $3,5 mil for snow removal this year. There should still be $3.5 mil in the post even after a bad year.

These guys are crooks and need to be in prison.

I can't believe that this is even a subject.

Other Mayors didn't seem to have a problem putting things into perspective,..and make ends meet !

HEY,...It's WINTER TIME !

Just because Indianapolis hasn't had a really harsh winter int he past couple of decades,..don't fool yourself and pretend it can't happen !

Winter,..is,..unpredictable,.. .it might snow,..it might not,..it might snow a little,..it might snow a lot !

You've GOT,..to be Prepared,...in case ya don't know,..that takes planning,...ya got to plan 'Ahead' of time, for what 'might' happen.

I heard the Mayor say at a meeting, that the City was One Million Dollars Over Budget,..on Snow Removal, for the month of February,....

And it was still January !

Every time they listened to the "Weather Man" predict "Snow",..they sent out the salt trucks, and wasted tax dollars,..cause it didn't snow !

Hey, ya know how to tell when its raining ???

Ya look outside, and it's WET !

Ya know how to tell if it's snowing ???

Ya look outside and its WHITE !

We should look at places like Wisconsin and Minnesota,...where they get up to 6 Foot of snow all at once,...and it doesn't stop them !

I think a weather service advisory should be but into effect,......

"It's WINTER,...Cold, Freezing, Snowy Conditions May Apply,....If This Happens,..Please wear your WINTER Clothes,..Please Take Your Time When Driving, Give Other Motorist Plenty of Room, and Drive Carefully,..
This WINTER Weather Alert Will Last Till March !"

Dummies !

Ballard is a Republican. Republicans believe public monies are fungible and should only be available to Republican campaign donors.

The monies needed for snow removal were most likely used to provide a private concern a business opportunity at the expense of the taxpayer. Can you say Broad Ripple Parking Garage.

Ballard's Republican Administration:

Who needs snow removal?

We need a soccer stadium!
