Also carrying controlled substances that didn't match the marked bottles. The addict is using again. No surprise there.
2002 he was busted for getting dozens of oxy prescriptions filled.
Addict user and a loser.

He is a job creator. He has created thousands of jobs for Marion County residents. He must be given a slap on the wrist. Perhaps he is unhappy? If so,perhaps the CIB could use some taxpayer monies and provide Mr Irsay with some professional female companionship to ease his unhappiness? If need be,perhaps we need to to raze Lucas Oil Stadium and build him a bigger one? We must be extremely amenable to Irsay's wishes, demands and desires. He is a member of the one percent and he has earned every penny of his billions by inheriting it and earning it through taxpayer subsidies. I'm sure the Ballard administration will work overtime to find a solution in making these charges go down the memory hole.
Btw,as a proud Tea Party member,I believe Jim Irsay has earned himself a well deserved tax break.

The taxpayers of Marion County owe it to Mr Irsay to pay for his defense. He has done more for Indianapolis than anyone else in this city's entire history.
He is entitled to drive the streets intoxicated and or under the influence of drugs. He is a billionaire. Normal rules of conduct should not apply to our billionaires. They must be accommodated, coddled and be made to feel extremely comfortable and secure by the public and the authorities.
If Jim Irsay had killed someone whilst driving under the influence, the victim and their family should consider it an honor and privilege for having a run-in with such a man as Irsay.
Irsay is very dainty, privileged, very sensitive and doesn't need the stress of having criminal charges hanging over his head. We must not inconvenience the members of the one percent. They must be allowed to do as they please with no accountability.

According to Bob Kravitz,Little Jimmy Irsay is fighting for his life. Jimmy is a warrior in the biggest battle ever. More so than our troops in foreign lands. He is a brave soul. A warrior to be admired and emulated. He is worthy of our admiration and we must ascribe to calls for extreme compassion for Mr Irsay. I'm sure he's very compassionate himself. If it were not for building Irsay stadiums and giving him subsidies, the IPS school system would be in much better shape. But who cares? I would rather have the schools crumbling and have Mr Irsay (a resident of Hamilton County) live in luxury thanks in part due to our tax dollars being handed to him. I'm sure you agree.
Speaking of brave souls....Bob Kravitz is a brave soul. It takes genuine guts to give a public bj (His latest article calling for extreme compassion for Little Richie Rich----Er,Jimmy) to one of this town's most notorious recipients of taxpayer welfare. And what a wet one it is. You go girl---Er,,, I mean Bob.
Irsay has earned the right to public taxpayer dollars. He has earned the right to threaten to take the Colts to Los Angeles whenever his mercurial mind desires. Hopefully the CIB can come up with a plan to pay for Irsay's defense. Hopefully,Mayor Ballard can set aside his junkets to work hard on Irsay's behalf in making the 4 felony charges go away.
Irsay is deserving of every advantage that will be given to him to escape the accountability of his most recent transgressions of the law.
We must treat our billionaires on the public teat with dignity, compassion and extreme reverence.

I remember when there was a lot of media coverage when Lauren Speirer went missing,Irsay offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to her return. Well,it looks like Irsay has hired local attorney Voyles,Let us remember,Voyles is the attorney de jour for wealthy criminals and the politically collected. Since Voyles is the attorney for the last person that had seen Lauren alive,Irsay should ask Voyles for the truth with respect to the whereabouts of Speirer. I'd bet a kings ransom the answer to the $64,000 question lies within the vault(s) of Voyles.
In Indiana, we do not convict millionaires and billionaires of their crimes. And if we do,they always can bribe a prosecutor who in turn will find a sympathetic judge and voila! You get an automatic get of jail card! Just ask Paula Willoughby! Or in Tim Durham's case, his personal assets were not taken from him to pay off the folks he swindled.
